Yep. I was so busy admiring the lion helmet that I completely didn't notice that that's Cullen's outfit. LOL  I just assumed it was the Inquisitor with different gear. I'm gonna be smiling all day now : D

Maybe the helmet represents that he's somehow really connected with Orlais. Like the Lion of Orlais is in charge of their Military efforts.
