And I've been meaning to answer:
Is it advisors or advisers? I can never tell.
Advisor is a professional position, like what we're going to see in DAI.
Adviser is someone just giving out advice willy-nilly.

Interesting that this is already being advertised. It looks to be complete which makes me wonder how it can be when the game just went alpha? Will it have a number of things wrong? I always get the game guides, but this one, I don't know...
Neither the Origins guide nor the DA2 guide contained 100% accurate information about every single side quest or approval gain/loss, so I have no reason to expect that this will surpass them... but that isn't the kind of thing that would force a reload if it doesn't turn out 100% perfect. They've known about the big plots and agonizing decisions since the holiday pre-alpha. With the previous games, the reason for the inaccuracies was often game bugs that prevented certain outcomes that were planned but never properly implemented. Some of those bugs still exist. To my mind, that doesn't make either game guide worthless, but opinions will vary.
I'm hoping Iron Bull is a Qunari only romance, that way I have an excuse to roll a female Qunari ![]()
I wasn't mad on the helmet either, it reminds me of ceremonial armor.
But I do love all the awesome art it's inspired so far. Some of them are really cute.
I literally had the the same reaction as the bolded. I've never been a fan of the Templar armour, so seeing him get an armour set as striking and beautiful as this one is, well it may have made me come over a little weak at the knees. Partly I think for similar reasons as you say. Obvious respect is being shown to the character, they could have just chucked him in any old garb, but what he's been given is just so striking and special, to me at least. I honestly didn't realise that something as small as his armour would matter to me so much until I saw it completed like that.
Minus the giant lion head, I definitely agree with this. I think his new armor is b!tchin! I was lovin' on the fur even when the survey leak came out
The whole thing is just very "Ferelan and proud of it!" well, minus the lion head (which strikes me as Orlesian). Amusing that during the dwarf warrior demo the inquisitor was using the lion shield! I was like, hey, did you steal that from Cullen you little thief?!
Ok, turned out my youtube glitched, and lied to me that it was HD. I realoaded, and now it looks MUCH better, Cullen is actually in focus, and we can see his hair!
The second group shot is still not cool, because Cullen is not in focus:
What is that book they have on the table? Varric's smut?
Looks like they were having a good time too, with beer mugs and wine bottles
Zoomed Cullen and Scribbles:
Poor Scribbles, we just can't get a decent shot of her. I love her dress.
And finally - Cullen!

Perhaps he's half Fereldan and half Orlesian? Or maybe he's full Orlesian but left at a very young age so he doesn't have an accent?
I like the helmet, mainly for symbolic reasons. The majority of my PTs have my Wardens and Hawkes wearing or wielding something that has a deeper meaning.
The lion typically symbolizes strength, anger, assertiveness, personal power, and a personal struggle - like mastering your emotions.
So he IS a Lannister.
Interesting.
It does seem a lot fancier than I would have ever imagined him wearing. Figured he'd be more of a practical non-fancy things type of guy... of course, that's all just head canon so who knows! Maybe he was like "right, I'm finally out of the Order let's go wild and buy something ridiculous!"
My brain supplied this hilarious image of Cullen in a fuchsia velour doublet, lime green and yellow striped hose, and a floppy hat with at least 8 multi-colored ostrich plumes. I may stop giggling at some point, but it's also possible that I'll pass out from lack of oxygen before that happens.

I have a male rogue who I plan to make a sticky finger'd little sh!t. I will be so sad if we can't say the reason our Inquisitor was at the meeting was just because they wanted to rob graves and cut everyone's purses. ![]()

Now I want to see this! Make it happen Bioware ![]()
Well they they never did from last years Pax did they? The only ones I have seen were recordings that someone had made in the audience. I really hope they do release it though. Not everyone has the option to be able to attend E3, it doesn't make us any less deserving of seeing the footage that they show there. I'm just a little bit bitter about it all...............
To be honest, I don't think they hold the same view; they really benefit fans who travel to conventions, like at PAX when they showed the demo to the select few who attended and then the rest of us never got to see the footage. Although for that one I suspect it's because it was full of glitches and was incomplete so if it got out to the less hardcore fans maybe there would've been some unfair complaints? Not sure. But BW love their hardcore fans, especially con attendees and cosplayers, so I'm not at all expecting them to release anything from E3.
You know, now that I'm 33 I literally still have some clothes that I wore when I was 20 and 21. NIcer ones that are still in decent shape, but also some t-shirts that apparently weren't completely crap quality!
And that all old string bra, can't throw that out! A girl's gravity defying boobs are useless without it!

I know the DA2 one had errors, I did get that one. I just meant that this early would they have the necessary information to be even remotely accurate is all. ![]()
I think I only did one playthrough where Merrill smashed it. I mean, I just can't rival the girl. It's more like, "oh gosh, Merrill, I really wish you wouldn't lolligag with demons. Sheesh!" Not "AIGHT DAS IT MERRILL I'M TIRED OF UR CRAP!"
Merrill was one of the few characters my Hawke's nearly consistently rivaled. Of course some of my Hawke's were naive about magic and friended her all the way, but Merrill's a character whose friendship or rivalry really makes sense. Not like with Isabela or Varric or Aveline, where you just have to be a massive a-hole to get them to hate you lol With Merrill, it wasn't like you hated her; you could just be concerned about what she's doing.
So gender and race restrictions?... Hmmm interesting? Meh, it becomes interesting for me after I hear Cullen won't be romancable for males.
!st playthrough: Cullen!
(Although Dorian has my attention)
Zoomed Cullen and Scribbles:
Poor Scribbles, we just can't get a decent shot of her. I love her dress.
Poor Scribbles.
She doesn't even have a name yet.
Information of LI's and their sexualities + other possible restrictions is quite high in my wanted book as well. I want to know if Skye can romance Cullen and if Tamarin can romance Dorian.
I dunno why they're so tight-lipped on this (except for Sera)! But Sera not being a mistake, as Gala suggested, gives me hope that they'll reveal the sexualities of all the characters before the game ships.
If they don't, I'm buying a guide, and if the guide doesn't say, I'm waiting for the wiki to update before playing the game!
Poor Scribbles.
She doesn't even have a name yet.
I would dearly like to know her name, to be sure. ![]()

Scribbles, put down your blackberry gurl, you're on camera!
(Gosh, in every shot you see her staring at her notes
)
That council table shot may be the first-ever screen cap of non-derpy Dorian!
Hehehe.
