I thought his wife died before all that
Well he cheated her when they were engaged.. though he thought they were childhood buddies and wasn't intrested of her that way ^^

don't ask me to make that choice!
(can't I just be queen in my own right and give them each a wing in the castle? After all, there are 7 nights a week.....)
At this rate, their "wings" will consist of tiny, 6x6 inch squares.
I can work with that. Just take a few extra yoga classes for flexibility and no problem. ![]()
^THIS! Has to to happen Bioware, no excuses!!!Speaking of Garrus, he really should get a wing in that castle, too. And Kaidan. I can just envision it. It will be the playboy mansion of Denerim, a harem of BW LIs. It will be splendid.

Awwww... Now I REALLY miss Garrus.
GAAAARRRRRRRUUUSSSS....
Dammit, fangirling over Cullen is supposed to help me get over my lingering inklings of sadness of no more Garrus. :sniffle:
And, ugh, how is it STILL only Tuesday?!?! Why isn't it Friday yet?!
Cullen Edwards
(I know I said I'd cry, but now I kinda want it just for the terrible jokes.)
Noooo!
Oh, the humanity..... ![]()
Yeah she did. I don't really get where all the cheating talk comes from. He wasn't in a relationship with Rowan when he was with KAtriel. And Rowan was dead when Fiona came along. If Fiona's Alistair's mom, then Goldanna's mom's story is probably all false. Poor Maric gets a bum rap, IMO.I thought his wife died before all that
Ungh. Carver. The closest Bioware has ever hit to one of my all time favourite character types and the little sh!t ended up being the sibling.
I honestly can't play anything but a mage!Hawke just because I love that boy so much. (I have nothing against Bethany, mind! I just personally adore Carver-- especially if you take the time to work him up to friendship. Hawke and Carver's friendship relationship just gives me the best of sibling feels.)
I keep him alive in part because I adore Carver/Merrill. ![]()
But everything else you said is also how I feel.

Sometimes I still dont get how this guy has more pages then Iron Bull, Solas or any other "confirmed" companion. Not that I dont like the guy, but I still dont get it....

We're just a chatty bunch, really. And most of us have spent quite a few years speculating over very little, so having so much information about Cullen is really quite a treat. ![]()

Well he's confirmed LI and major NPC at least. Also since he's returning character so there is lot to talk about ^^

I agree... And while Maric kind of annoyed me in Stolen Throne, I remember being much more sympathetic for him in The Calling, especially in the beginning -- I felt genuinely touched at his level of loss after Rowan dies, I thought DG did a good job capturing that sense in him.
More On-Topic: I seem to recall someone mentioning that DG was quoted as foreseeing "angst" in Cullen's future and I've been meaning to ask where and when this was stated (if it was at all and I didn't just hallucinate it, heh)
EDIT: nope that was wrong. (my original link, not the quote. There's water on my trackpad; hit post too soon.) You can find the post I remember on tumblr by googling Gaider "angst in his future" Cullen but I'm not sure what the original source is so I'm hesitant to link it.
DOUBLE EDIT: oh good grief, and as Phate Phoenix points out below it was also part of R2's Case for Cullen posts, which everyone should definitely read anyway!
LOL Don't we all...?
(altho I did catch him checking me out once...
)
*snip cullen checking out R2 hawke*
mmmmhmmmm work it gurl!

I would lol so hard if Cullen had like 20 brothers and sisters at home somewhere. Poor guy.
So says the only child. ![]()

Ta-daaaa~
Taken directly from R2's Muse's Case for Cullen.
September 2011: In an interview with a fan, David Gaider, DA head writer, expresses an interest in possibly seeing Cullen again.
Also, good news—[Gaider] mentioned an interest in maybe revisiting Cullen!! He described Cullen as someone who has had his good faith broken twice—once by the mages in the circle, who he trusted, and then by Meredith, who he also trusted. Gaider expects “angst” in his future, which we may see in the series. I hope so!
