Bars used to have mechanical bulls - basically vaulting blocks with hydraulics - that would bounce around. Patrons would get liquored up and attempt to find out who could stay on the longest.
Sorry. Reading comprehension fail on my part. I read that as "I don't get the 8 seconds reference."
You know, I was just thinking about the rewrite character that DG had to do, and maybe it is Cullen. I mean, remember how long ago Greg was in the booth for Cullen and announced it by mistake? He's only been back in the booth to record very recently. When did Jennifer Helper leave again? She's the one who wrote him in DA2, correct?
Anyway, just a thought. It's fun to speculate : p
Edit: I'm sure it's occurred to many of you already ... so if I'm dredging up an old point, feel free to ignore. lol

There's an update about Vivienne on the website, apparently she throws the Inquisition a party, which (in theory) would include Cullen since he's one of the pillars.
I don't know which Inquisitor I want to play first. I like both rogues and mages but haven't been able to make up my mind for this time.. and if I go with mage and Cullen hates me for it, I don't think I'll be able to stand it.

First use of the lion mask?
CULLEN: This seems a bit much, Inquisitor.
INQUISITOR: Hardly. Leliana said we all have to wear masks, or else Madame de Fer will be insulted. Then we will have no nobility backing us. [LIFTS LION MASK] This is yours.
CULLEN: That is a helmet. With a furry mane. As a Ferelden, I am not adverse to fur, mind you, but this?
INQUISITOR: You will look fierce, Ser Cullen. Which is the point. [PLUNKS LION HELMET ONTO CULLEN'S HEAD] Ah! A terrible beast!
CULLEN: [SLIGHTLY MUFFLED] I do indeed feel like I could scare away all the nobles in Orlais.
INQUISITOR: That's the spirit!
Lol forget riding the Bull, I wanna tame a lion ;3

I need to read a comic where Cullen is at the party, doing everything... just... wrong. He picks up drinks, sniffs them, and makes alarming faces when he finds out how strong they are. He steps on the train of a noblewoman's gown, and almost has to fight a duel over the torn finery. He miscalculates the potency of the mustard and chokes on a canape.

But he sings and dances wonderfully... sucks at everything else though!
And then Iron Bull claps him on the shoulder, sending him lurching against the back of a duchess, and tells him to have a drink, it will steady his nerves. Four appletinis later, he's having the wildest time of his life... and praying to Andraste that he remembers none of it.
in other news - another round of #dragonagekeep beta invites are heading out!
