Tash: Is it true that David Gaider sustains his life force by drinking the tears of heartbroken fans?
Mark: Yeah, that’s probably true, yes.
^ ^ ^ ^ lol
Lol Ikr, I laughed for about 2 min and I'm proud to say that

He had a surgery. I don't know what kind of surgery though
Thanks for the well wishes. Surgery went well. Overnight with pain meds in the hospital. Should be a fun night.
Tomorrow Greg and I will be TWINNING!!!
Mark: This is the biggest cast of characters we’ve ever had, so there’s nine followers and then three specialists. These are the people who actually help you run the Inquisition. Some of those specialists are actually going to be romance options as well, so it’s not just party members. From a gameplay perspective, we want the relationships to be more realistic, so they’re built more through your interactions, and you bringing them along, as opposed to a visible number system that you’re just trying to get their affection up high enough. We want it to be something more about you actually having to interact.
Hmm. I hope we don't have to drag them everywhere just to have more conversations with them, or at least more based on the decisions we make and say towards them.

This is short but IMO the best dev interview I've seen in the last few months. Implied Scribbles romance?

I think so!

Yeah, I think that's coming close to stealthy confirmation actually.
There are three specialists. Interview implies that more than one of the three is romanceable. We already know Cullen is and Leliana isn't. That only leaves one option for who else might be.
It's obviously not definite, but I think this is good news for Scribbles fans. ![]()

Also makes 2/2/2 seem even more likely, imo.

Yeah, and with this:
Her chief weapon is surprise. Surprise and fear. Surprise and fear and ruthless efficiency. Surprise and fear and ruthless efficiency and an almost fanatical devotion to the Inquisitor.
And the comfy chair.
I say she's an option.
Right now, I wish I could like something more than once. :C
The shirtless ones are always the best ![]()
SOME of those specialists? That makes it sound like more than 3. I mean I understand him saying 'some' because obviously him saying "two of those specialists" or "all of the specialists" would give it away but come onnnnn. Can't they just slip up every once in a while? Lol. Dang it!"Some of those specialists are actually going to be romance options as well, so it’s not just party members."

Interesting that he refers to them as specialists

He confirms three specialists shortly before. ![]()
We already know Cullen is a romance and Leli is not, so Scribbles is the only uncertain one out of the three. "Some" (i.e. more than one) seems to imply she's in. ![]()
IDK about her romance...fanatical devotion to the Inquisitor sounds kinda stocker to me....I might like this girl...I will be stocking Cullen after all

She will stock me I will stock Cullen...it will be like a party

Excellent. I love her design, and fingers crossed on her being a Lucrosian mage!
So 'specialist' is the correct word, not 'advisor'. Great, I can spell 'specialist'.

Specialist in their prospective fields but Advisors to the Inquisitor. I am gonna go with that.
I edited my post!
The devs have said that reusing a LI from a previous game for a new romance isn't workable. That rules out Leliana (and Morrigan as well.)

Scribbles, Cullen...
DAGNA

DAGNA
Wait what???
Isn't Dagna suppose to be in the game....wonder where she is.

She's part of the Inquisition. 'Artificer Dagna', so she's a rogue who deals with traps.
Oh gosh. A lady dwarf romance. Be still, my heart!
(I wonder if there's another male NPC somewhere to balance that out?)
I realize I've contributed to this at least as much as anyone else, but I think we're doing a lot of veering off topic here. Given how heated things have been on the forum today, I think we need to make an effort to steer back to being Cullen-related. ![]()

This was shown in last years E3 demo,so it seems she's also a part of the inquisition.Which is awesome because I'd love to see her again.
Aww i broke my smile thing and can't throw out party hats for Cullen =(
Yay!!!! fixed my smiles

How sure are we that we will see the GE video tomorrow? It would make all the faceless and to far away Cullens of the week worth it if we got that...im just gonna be really optimistic for it!!!
29 days until GaymerX
42 days until SDCC
This has been your Ericander77 situational update
Are those real events or are you just pulling my leg?

Those are both real events. San Diego Comic Con and GaymerX are both real and both in July. It seems like they might reveal some romance info at GaymerX, but we shouldn't count those chickens before they hatch.
