Who said they cut him recently? The GI videos were like 9 months ago. I'm not saying I hate him, I would love having him! But he's competing for the same warrior companion position as Cullen. 

 

And Cullen is more confirmed to be in-game. Feathers has concept art and a GI video siting, but all of that was from a LONG LONG time ago. Sera may of been cut a while ago too... who knows. I'd love to have them all though.

Doubtful. Very. If Feathers got cut it happened long ago. At least a year. Which could correlate to the fact that things the Devs told us were in the game (or implied, or showed in pre-alpha footage) could've got cut. You know.

 

Still firmly the on NPC!Cullen side of things, but, well, things don't look so bleak, ya?
