Cullen: No? Oh. I suppose I just thought things would be different between mages. More exciting somehow. That was silly wasn't it?

A DA movie with him in it would have been amazing. Poor Paul Walker. *sobs*

 

It would have been glorious! Sadly, he is gone now... And few celebrity deaths have ever bothered me but his actually made me really sad. I'd come to feel he and the tFatF cast were family. Vin Diesel was always posting about whatever he was doing with them. And watching him and Paul in interviews, it seemed that they really were good friends. Plus Paul was an avid philanthropist. I just... still have a hard time believing he's gone. Fast and the Furious will never be the same for me.

For some reason, I can't do raunchy!Cullen. Like at all. For me, he'd have to be in the relationship to even approach the raunch. I can see him being playful... I just... lewd? For no reason? Can't do it.   And making something that sets up a good plausible framework for me would take a while (if I even finished it, because procrastinator) thanks to work.

I think there's no point in planning that far in advance. If you want to do cheesy pick up lines, just do them for page 1000. The rule is that there's no rule except to be Culleny. The themes are just to give folks ideas. So add cheesy pick up lines in with raunchy/angsty.

I'm an action movie junkie so tFatF was like candy for me. What made it more was the evolution of Brian and Dominic (because my little shipper heart can't help itself) and over the course of the films, they grew into a friendship that defied odds. And it was mirrored in the cast. Vin and Paul both loved cars and fast stunts and I could identify with these things. So they were like brothers in my eyes and I totally identified with their characters because I could see how they both grew up - poor, absent dad in Brian's case - and I had hope Brian would redeem himself and Dom would heal even if just a little. Sorry I'm waxing poetic but those movies were about more than just fast cars and scantily clad hotties to me. Paul was infectious with his enthusiasm for his charity work and made you feel like good people, determination and hope really could make the world a better place. That he resembled Cullen was just sprinkles on the cupcake. The movies will go on and I will watch them... but I think an important part of their heart died with Paul.

I think I'm going to switch my fic to raunchy!F!Inquisitor instead. Reversing the roles won't be too hard. That means I'll have to scrap a little part of my current fic, tho. Eh, I'll just use the idea to make another short fic about romantic!Cullen. There, problem solved.

Expect 3 relatively-short pieces of fanfiction from me when page 1000 comes along Cullenites.

In my case, I also agree raunchy doesn't quite fit his character that we know of in terms of DA O-2. So I turned it into something comical, and took it to such a point that it's funny because it'd never actually happen.
