It does look like it goes all the way around, but it is also very loose.  Idk.  Maybe the scabbard is actually attached to the belt in some way and the ribbon is some sort of decor or it has another purpose of which we are unaware.   And why do I feel like I really, really need to know?  I think we are starved for Cullen info and this is a side effect. 

Hmmmm... Maybe the ribbon part is a favor/token that my Inquisitor gave to Cullen after their night together for luck.

Could very well be that it's a helmet.

Yeah, I'm not sure why people aren't naturally coming to this conclusion. It's a weird helmet to signify he's still an important guy, because most important guys don't wear helmets, at least not one that conceals their face, and it's a lion because that's the symbol of the military branch.

I was being facetious about the trolling, but, like Potato Cat said, it seems to actually be a full helm, and the lion has been seen in different things to signify the military branch of the Inquisition.

I've played The Last of Us, and I wasn't that impressed. *hides from rocks* Sorry, sorry! *runs*

 

I've played Dragon's Dogma, and I love it. Just takes FOREVER to do anything! XD

 

I'll try Uncharted and Tomb Raider.

 

The Valkyria Chronicles sounds interesting!

 

Oh, and is FInal Fantasy worth the hours and hours of playing? Which one should I start with?

Who knows why it's designed the way it is. Could be an Orlesian thing. But, I don't believe it's a mask thing. If you're not Orlesian nobility (or a liveried servant for the nobility), then you're not part of the Game and don't wear a mask. So I wouldn't think it was that.

This is my thinking. It could be clothing functional in some way (I'm still learning toward a 'sort of holds his flappy bits in' theory, since that flappy coat is hardly practical battle gear). But I'm also thinking some kind of token... of some needing-a-story-written-about-it flavor...

I hope you love Uncharted. Nathan Drake is a terrific character, the music is terrific, and the relationships and banter are terrific in all three games. It is a simple but fun series of games.

I also love the two Witcher games as well.

What didnt you like about The Last Of Us. I thought it was a terrifc and innovative game, but very grim and slow moving. still love it

I feel like I've played The Last of Us a dozen or so times. I was able to predict everything that happened. I however do deeply appreciate that it explores humanity at its weakest and strongest. I also like that they turned a real life fungus into something that can infect humans; that was pretty cool. So, the lore and the world was good - but the story is old news to me. So, gameplay 9/10. Story 6.5/10. Music 10/10.

 

I still need to play the Witcher, at least to see what the fuss is about. XD

I haven't been around much, but I still keep up with all of the news and am really excited by them! I love Sera, she seems really fun. But I hope we will get a good look on Cullen's face soon and learn more about his role

 

 

I'm in a really similar situation waiting for the Last Of Us Remastered on PS4 to come out and my D&D to start. BTW, should from what I understand, Left Behind DLC is a prequel, so should I play that before the full game, or the way it was released? Obviously, because internet, I already know all the spoilers, so that's not really an issue.

 

Even if you know the spoilers, I'd still play it the way it was released. It feels right that way.

Well, if you like japanese rpgs, the Final Fantasy games are nice. Most japanese rpgs are really long. Some of the Final Fantasy games are good, others are ... not so good. Most of the games are independent from each other, so it wouldn't matter which game you played first. But the three games for the PS3 (Final Fantasy XIII) belong together. They have lots of cutscenes, especially the original Final Fantasy XIII is pretty much just running from A to B (I still haven't played the third one). It's not difficult. I enjoyed the older Final Fantasy games more, especially Final Fantasy VI, but that was a long time ago.

I agree, the Uncharted games are great. Not only Nate is an awesome character, all the other characters in the games are awesome too I'm excited for the next game.
