You know, while I love that screenshot, and he looks *good* in the armor...Grey Warden Cullen would make me terribly sad.

I think some people get being a grey warden and find some sort of purpose in it, and that's what makes it bearable (Blackwall interests me a lot because of this. ), but some people...it just makes me sad. 

 

Zevran might be alright, actually. He's tough and a bit fatalistic. Cullen, of course, would never shirk or shy away from a duty he thought was his, but I think being a warden would suck the spark out of him.  Jowan, I feel, would hate it and regret it. Probably immediately. Heh.

 

Don't mind me, that gorgeous art gave me the feels.

I agree.

I think Zev could cope with just about anything, he could deal with being a Warden and not be too miserable about it. But Cullen as a Warden makes me sad He would be a great Warden and would never shy away from his duty, but like you said it really would suck the spark out of him.

I think that a normal life would make Cullen the most happy- just having a place to call home, a person he loves and a job where he feels he's doing something that's right and important.

I wonder if we'll have the option to re-open the Ferelden/Orlais marriage alliance if King Alistair is ruling alone? Celene had, at one point, entertained thoughts of marrying Cailan to promote peace between the two nations.

I don't think anything can ever make up for the utter humiliation you have to deal with to have a happy ending with Alistair as a non-Cousland... but his legitimate wife being a confirmed lesbian would please my Chancellor Amell!

That would hurt! I think in the MD interview Cameron said we would be getting access to it before the game is released. I hope that does happen because I don't want to have to sit there staring wistfully at the game case beside me while I input all my info in the Keep
