Really? Trolling? Bioware is spoiling us Cullenites...they have never announced LIs this early on in the marketing process, let alone if he is a NPC romance. Focus on the positive guys!

 

I think what doesn't sit well with me is more the accusing BioWare stuff. Whatever they decide to do with Cullen or any character, I know they'll make that decision because it was right for the game and the story. And I don't think making Cullen a LI was a gift, BUT telling us he IS a LI was definitely a gift and a kind gesture

 

That said, it's painful every time someone crows about "at least I get to kiss him and snuggle him!!!!! <3" cause URGH I wish they'd let us know if he (or anyone) will be playersexual, cause it's killing me! I know, I know, they have their reasons and I totally respect that, but man, it. is. killing. me.

Hello, everyone~ *waves* Yet another new face to add to the Cullen pile. I've been gone from the forums for quite a while to try and not think about how far the release date still is. Out of sight, out of mind sort of thing. Used to lurk in the old one and I was so happy to find a shiny new one to come home to. You ladies and gents are the absolute best~

 

Though I've got my fingers crossed that he's a companion, so friggin happy that we finally get a chance at all. 

 

Since I've been out of loop for so long, do we know who's writing him this go around or does he have the same?

Oh and on a different note...towards the middle of June till about the middle of August, I won't be as active here. I'll be on off and on, but not a lot. Should be having this baby by the second week of July. I've been busy with the twins in their school and after school activities, not to mention my craft classes I teach. I hardly have time for me and me time (art work so on). The rest of my time has been filled with organizing everything baby lol. Not to mention I've been feeling perrrrty crappy the entire time.

 

Le sigh.

Supposedly there's a character who had to be rewritten "top to bottom" and a lot of us also speculating that that could've been Cullen. But right now, no, we don't know who wrote him.

It also certainly would fit in with being one of the two LIs Gaider wrote. And why he was revealed along with Cassandra too.

I'm not sure; you would have to search DG's Twitter for the past year or so to find out! lol

You're right, it did. Hmm. Surprisingly, I think this says a lot for his initial inclusion... but like you said, things could always have changed.

I've only ever fallen for Gaider romances so it'll be interesting for me if he didn't. xD 

 

I hate to hear that she left though. Even for the short amount of time we got to spend with him in both games, he was so well written.

It was only DA2 he was written by Jennifer Hepler. In DAO he was written by Sheryl Chee. But she's confirmed she's not writing him for Inquisition.
