LOL I totally thought that was intentional, too, and it gave me a smile for the morning.
Lol, I'm glad I could be of service ![]()

I know it's just a joke but I can't help but internally NOPE,every time someone makes this comparison! xD
In better words.
Maker, that woman has large hands! Or mine are extremely child-like, I'm not too sure which ![]()

I'd say hers are rather large anyway, although I'm not the right person to confirm this since I also have childlike hands.

HAHAHA she does doesn't she! When i saw it the first time I was like woah those are really large hands. I then realized all the hands in DA:O are really large, but then again my hands are pretty small too!
Didn't one of the devs post that there wasn't any class restrictions? I swear I saw one of them mention something about it.
Yeah I remember seeing this as well, not that long ago either.
Didn't BW say class restriction was a possibility ?
Just imagine one minute that they decided that he had no sexual and race restrictions, except a particular class...! Did Gaider say that the fans could be a bit disappointed about what they did with his character ? Mmmmh, just wondering.
I don't believe that there is Class restrictions...but if there is. I will make him love my mage anyways! Insert laugh of evil here!
About the bees...
I wonder if you use that infront of Cullen, if he'll have some sort of smart arse remark about it lol. Or rub his neck and be all, wtf was that? Bees...really...?"
It's sure that he doesn't have Alistair's sense of humor. Also he's not a sarcastic person. I see him either ignore the banters or answer on a professionnal tone, like a "you'd better worry about the task to come", something like that.About the bees...

I agree with your comparison with Alistair, though I wish he's a little more experienced in terms of...intimacy. ^^ I'm not particularly eager to have the "oh but you're still a virgin?" kind of dialogs with him. Of course I don't want a completely confident Cullen in this matter, still expecting some blushings and shiness.
I just hope he is a more complex character than the chantry boy who knows nothing of life outside of his job. In fact, I don't want him to be constantly teased on this matter by the other companions during the "party banters". Or else, I'll have to throw everyone to the nearest dragon, cause one does not make fun of my Cullen !
I don't think somebody's virginity is a big issue worth mentioning. And if Cullen brings this up, I'm afraid it will kind of brand him as Alistair 2.0. Because yeah, we've had such a romance before. And we had party banter about good spirits bringing babies from the fade, and all that stuff. And we had a templar boy who got away from the order, and now everything is new to him. People will compare anyway, just because both are the chantry boys, so I would prefer if BioWare didn't highlight the similarities, and focused on what makes Cullen unique instead.
There is also age difference - Alistair was 20 years old, I think, and he was kind of insecure, super adorable, and dependant. Cullen is older, and he apparently has some power and influence in our Inquisition, so it would feel strange if he were blushing and running away just because he's never gotten laid. He has reasons to be proud of himself, to be confident, and I hope if our companions start teasing him about his relationship with Quizzy, he will react in a way we wouldn't expect from an Alistair 2.0. ![]()

Apparently people's hands should be the size of their face, or something.
My hands are embarrassingly tiny. My 13-year old sister's hands eclipse mine in size, and my partner's 6-year old half-sister has only got an inch or so before hers overtake mine too!
That can't be right. When I put the heel of my hand on my chin, my fingers come up to my eyebrows. That's a good 10cm short of my hairline, and I always thought my hands were pretty average.

If he still hasn't slept with anyone by this point, I can imagine him being mature about it, and not having much bother him. Something like this is probably not going to bother him much...as in if he gets some or not. But I can see him being a little flustered or nervous while in private, but other then that, I'm sure he'll seem confident. Don't think he has time for distractions like this to bother him anyways.
If he's not a virgin by this time, I can still see him reacting the same way. Calm and collective.
I think they'll stray as much as possible from Alistair 2.0. However, I could see them throwing something in there just to have a jab at the Templar Virgin thing lol

That's an average rule for hand proportions, but every rule has exceptions. Hands can be bigger os smaller, and that's ok.

That's actually a practical joke you can play on someone. You tell them that, "Did you know your hand is as big as your face?" and when they hold it up to check (because they always do) you hit their hand into their nose.
no, my brother has never done this to me before what are you talking about that is libel
The Devs have said they see no point in writing similar romances. Not only is it uninteresting for the players, but it's boring for them. So I'm confident we won't have any Alistair 2.0 shenanigans. Which I'm endlessly thankful for, 'cause while I love Alistair I want a new experience. I'll fire DA:O up again if I want to play through that romance another time.
Besides, Alistair was... what? Twenty-one or something? If Cullen acts that young at his age, my Inquisitor is outsie. ![]()

I doubt Cullen will address whether he's ever got laid or not, that way it can be kept open to interpretation, same as he'll probably never say how old he is either, lol.
I don't want an Alistair 2.0 either, this is what I meant. And I haven't suggested Cullen should be ashamed of being inexperienced.I don't think somebody's virginity is a big issue worth mentioning. I'd sort of prefer it left vague. On the one hand I don't really see him as a shy virgin, he is awkward around women, yes- but he's also an attractive commanding officer in his mid-thirties.
I also really don't want a 'romantic history'- I don't need to know all about previous partners, I think that's very awkward in itself. Unless they clearly havent moved on from them, which is a cause for concern, it shouldn't be of importance
Vagueness allows us to headcanon our own preferred scenarios, or simply dismiss it as unimportant to our Inquisitors.
I don't want a romantic history, because... well, who does? Talking about past relationships is okay, if there's issues that need to be aired or something like that, but I'm rather sure people aren't normally 'oh hey, you're my potential new love interest! Let me tell you about the previous dames.' ![]()

I don't want a romantic history too. Because we have headcanons!
Leave this part to our imaginations, please!
Also I would feel shitty about it. I've been fangirling over this templar for years, and he was screwing some girl from the city watch all that time? I would totally feel betrayed! ![]()
