It's not as terrible as I've seen them get, but I'm... mostly keeping my nose out of it. There's no point to get worked up over them, because that's what they want, and really it's just easier to roll your eyes at them. And then post disquieting theories that Cullen is unkillable for the vast majority of the game.

Hmm I don't know if it's hate thread. I have seen lot worser on tumblr, at least the OP seemed to want what people see in character she/he doesn't care about. Though it seemed like her/his opinion was made already ^^; Oh well I don't mind as long as it doesn't go really rude and people start talking things about character that just isn't true.

Cullen needs to get some qunari love in DAI At least my first Inquisitor will be qunari.

 

But hmm I wonder if there really is chance to threesome in the game since there was one in DAO and DA2. Or was it even foursome in DAO? Idk, I haven't tried it ^^;

It surprises me that people just don't come into this thread and ask his fans about his "hype" instead of making flamebait threads like that. It kills me that people automatically think that all Cullen fans are "rabid" when pretty much everyone I've met on here is very level headed and kind (sans a few that take things waaay too far but that certainly isn't the norm). Sure there's squeeing and such at times (that goes for almost any character in a given fandom) but meh.

Yeah, I just read through it all before deciding if I wanted to participate.  They ask why Cullen has a following, then systematically disregard every logical reason they're given.  Ironically, it seems they'd have a hard time telling us why they dislike him.  Well, other than they don't understand why people like him, or even weirder, because he's good-looking.   And they think we're crazy.  It didn't take long to realize that I don't belong there.  When I commit to a debate, I tend to get a little...um, heated.  That would do no one any good, and I sure wouldn't want to embarrass myself or anyone else on this thread.  So....NOPE.

It doesn't matter why we like him anyway. Fact is, he's going to be an important character in DAI and we can romance him. If they don't like it then that's not our problem.

This is even more fascinating when you learn that I never played a female mage. However did I manage that?!
