That'll be my first imported world-state! :D

I doubt that it will be mentioned, though... If it was mentioned, I wonder what Cullen might have to say on the subject?

Well, I assume it would depend on the choices the player made. If a Mage he knew saved him from demons and blood mages, then a Mage he knows stops the blood mage Abomination Orsino and a tainted Meredith, now a hero rises up and it is, once again, a mage, surely that would have an impact on him. His dialogue options might reflect that he's realized that mages can be incredibly good or evil, that sometimes Templars are the very CAUSE of demon possession and blood magic, and that the Mages can have political and personal power and not be corrupt.

Alternatively, he might have learned a much different lesson.

 Uhhh... I'm gonna be the voice of Lola here and say that's a bit too Harlequin romance-y sounding for me  My inquisitor would shove him aside, "Are you nuts?! Why the hell are you talking like that, anyway??" and race in there first

*writes chick lit* -_-

I never said he was dumb or lazy unless he is hardened- which might have happened had he been a templar in the Ferelden Circle- he had no drive to be more than rank and file. He took orders from a junior member for the entire game, and it seems like the Warden would still have that level of influence even after DAO. Even in the Grey Wardens, he seemed to lack motivation, and he is an unwilling King; everything hinges on him being influenced by others.

What's Cullen's full background?

It's just how a stranger, Morrigan, thought of Alistair. But he eventually grows up and starts being a really good king, especially if the Warden helps him with some hardening  I think comics do a good job of showing what Alistair can really be.

Cullen seems to me like a chantry kid. But it's all just my speculation. It was never mentioned anywhere who he was before Kinloch Hold.

I like it, lol  But I never needed a proof that Cullen is a bamf, I always knew.

So, I wonder if the Human Mage Female Inquisitor will be a relative of Hawk and Warden Amell, too. He must think they just have amazing genes, if so.

...

Dangit.

*Logs into DAO, starts female mage.*

This time it could be a cousin on the Hawke side instead of the Amell side. ^_^

I'm so pleased they've taken the time to really develop Cullen into a proper character. Piecing together what little we know already, he sounds like he's going to be quite the personality!

I think they've gone above and beyond what we were expecting when we first learnt that he'd be a romanceable NPC. I'm not so worried about him getting the Traynor/Cortez treatment anymore.

Also Cullen being a BAMF sounds amazing!

Nothing's wrong with her as a character, they just didn't do the NPC romances justice. Look at the companion romance and content and compare it to Traynor's and Cortez's. They felt majorly lacking.

You know, it kind of looks like Cullen is wearing a one-piece suit under that lion cloak, and breastplate, lol

Or maybe it's just me? Because I'm expecting to see a gambeson under the armor, but can't see any?

The belt is a ruse to make you think it's separate items of clothing. XD

If you look closely at the belt (you should be able to see it well on your poster), it kind of looks like it's there just for decorative purposes, because it doesn't look like it holds his pants in place. Besides. if it were 2 separate items, then we would be able to see his bare back when he sits down, because breastplate would pull the shirt up, and the pants would slide down a bit. So onesie seems practical, lol  If I were going to cosplay, I would make myself a onesie to avoid showing off my bare ass too much.

"After wearing Steel Dresses professionally as a templar, I find the only perfect feel is Chevaleisure suits, comfortable, formfitting combat wear for the sensible Orlesian Knight."

Well, I hope he has a casual outfit in-game for when he's off-duty... preferably not a onesie!
