He actually knows his sh!t! I totally didn't have him down as a gamer, or someone that would actually get into his role THAT much! It's funny, I couldn't stand him in all those crap chick flicks!

It's great that he played the games and knows so much about them. I find it a bit odd that some VAs seem to know almost nothing about it, I'd think they'd have to know at least some lore to play their characters.

Most VA's are regular actors so it doesn't surprise me. A lot of people presume people that voice game characters must be gamers but it often couldn't be further from the truth... especially the older actors with families and stuff.

I can't wait to see your reaction to it. While I don't think you'll squee so hard you can't hear the squee (like MD did 
), I think it would be fairly close to that.

No, of course I don't expect all of them to be gamers but sometimes they don't know what mages are or what Circles are or something basic like that, that their character even talks about. I'd expect that they would get a character brief like "You are a mage, mages are kept in these towers called Circles. Mages can turn into abominations and that's why you are afraid" but it seems it doesn't work that way or they just forget things like that
There are 15 Friday's before the game. I hope we get something like this for all the major players

Seriously, I've never actually followed the pre-release of any game. I played Origins on a whim a year later (hadn't really played games much before that), and then DA2 only like year ago. The wait, and all these little tidbits of info, and the speculation, it's just killing me! Doesn't help that everything we've seen in regards to the game so far makes me want to play it right friggin' now. I mean, there's still an element of disbelief that I'm actually going to be able to romance Cullen. Like for real. Without mods. For a whole game!

I've heard some speculation about it,also the "horns up" comment suggests that she either voices a qunari or someone else with horns(and I think that artificial horns like those on Viv's hat also count),so her voicing Viv is a possibility.
Freddie Prinze jr voicing Iron Bull? Awesome. IB suddenly moved up the food chain of my potential favorite companions. 
On the other hand, I guess this means no Cullen this Friday... Ah well.

My second attempt at relatively realistic portrayal of people involving some artistry and ... artistic...stuff AND Cullen of course.
A little back story:
So a few months ago we were discussing a similar topic - what would be the occasion in which Cullen would sing, and a master, nay Lord and King of teasing - the lovely Mr. Greg Ellis mischievously hinted at a romantic setting, and soft, gentle singing...
So what happened was that a scenario of Cullen and miss Inquisitor lying together in bed, him singing softly into her ear... just kinda popped up in my head, and it stayed there for so long, that I literary decided to try and draw it.
(Now up until that point I only drew chibbis and stuff like that, because they are cute and cartooney-like...and also very easy to draw, if you start with absolutely zero knowledge of... well drawing and you even have no idea if you are actually any good at it - the reason I started this doodles in the first place was a challenge, given to me by one of my more artistic and talented friends. So after a few months of hanging around this thread - a bit lurking and than delurking and seeing the amazing stuff some of you created, I've become a bit emboldened to at least try it.)
