Yeah on the surface I'd say Cullen probably isn't much of a gambler, but it could be one of those amusing things they do to surprise the reader/player about a character.
Yeah, I don't actually think Cullen is a gambler in the sense that I can't imagine him as the type to lose his week's pay playing cards at the tavern, but I don't think he'd be above playing the odd penny ante game with his fellow templars to pass the time.

After the IB one, and considering their generally haphazard pattern of revealing stuff so far, I'd be willing to bet finalizing Cullen's appearance / some cinematics with him in them is an even bigger limiting factor in when we'll get the video than that.
EDIT: I'll be so happy if there's another one on Friday, though. Because then there's an outside chance we'll get one every Friday until release that there isn't a convention taking place, and it will be easier to avoid scenery and plot spoilers because I'll know when and where to pop in for character info.

Yeah, I can too. I just think that timing the release is probably more of a factor than needing to generate more material at this point based on what they've said about their progress.

The only reason I got "fed up" with Viv is that they already showed her 3times now... personally I feel like I already know quite a bit about her and doesn't leave much for interpretation or that "mystery" to find out more about her in the game itself, I think some characters are more heavily featured A LOT of times then others and doesn't leave enough room for imagination nor speculation I much more rather have info about other companions/advisers then characters they have already showed several times before that i already know about.
Sera IB Black wall Scribe girl Cullen Dorian and all the others i would like to know a bit more about them as long as they dont over do it, as they did with Viv Cass and Varric

A lot of people seem to dislike her, (putting it nicely), already, her thread has descended in to little more than a mage/templar debate and I seem to see a lot more frustration when they release more information about her than either Varric or Cassandra.
I was just saying last night how stupid it is that people get so worked up over a political issue in a video game. How about you put aside whether you think mages should go free or not (considering they are not actual people and Thedas is not a real bloody place) and focus on the characters, their complexity and possible hidden secrets, the future relationships, the richness of the narrative, the various choices we may be presented with?
But nooo people gotta get on that soapbox and talk about utter nonsense.
I'm not saying the mage/templar thing isn't important; sure it's important; it's what creates narrative conflict and invites us to create many different characters with differing beliefs. But arguing passionately about whether mages should go free or not is like arguing which side to choose in Skyrim. Which... actually I'm sure people probably do argue passionately about I hate to say it, but, get a life!

It's a game -- have fun with it! Think of it from the point of a view of a writer: a good scenario is appealing on both sides. Think of how the complex nature of the milieu our wonderful writers have created will produce such an exciting game for us to play in. Why waste time sniping at people over how many rooms Hogwarts has or whether or not the grammar in your Klingon was correct or not (Note: can apply to real world situations, too; I'm looking at you Facebook grammar Naz!s).
So, I'm looking forward to learning more about Cullen's place in the Inquisition. Anyone else?

Huh, finally got a chance to read Varric's blurb. Whoever suggested that Varric isn't traveling with Cassandra of his own free will... huh, that sounds like by far the most plausible scenario I've heard so far for why they've been traveling together. Jeez, louise. "In Inquisition, things are definitely worse for Varric in just about every possible way."
It also begins to address the Leliana is not a Seeker comments from David Gaider.
New Mary Kirby interview: "Remember in Dragon Age II how Varric was being interrogated by Cassandra, who was working with Leliana and a large number of folks wearing eyeball symbols? ...
