Yeah, he's definitely Altus. However, just cause he has green mist doesn't mean he's a necromancer.
I see faces in the mist. It looks very necromancer-y to me.

He looks very handsome
, but the moustache..., well if he`s as cool as his description sound i think i can forget the moustache and made a playthrought just for him (but not my 1st one, that`s for Cullen
).
Hehe,Priorities!

Maybe stick the hair on the sides of is head where he has bothered to shave for some strange reason? Ugh
You don't like that style? It seems to be really popular. My son considered it for his last hair cut...I talked him out of it. He threatens to change his mind every so often, though, but I think he just uses that on me as blackmail. ![]()

It's a popular look with most of the boys at my college. And they're pretty chavvy unfortunately. And even if it wasn't popular with them, I still hate the shaved bits.

Yep. I'm surely not a fan of the shaved part, either. Dorian looks good, tho, don't get me wrong, he's practically beautiful...it's just an unfortunate choice for his hair.
I feel like he's gonna have the same effect on me as Alistair did... I was kinda hoping Cullen would take that spot, but I'm a big sucker for the funny.
I prefer deadly serious
I wonder who will it be? ![]()
I like the hair, am okay with the moustache but.... I hate the "beard".
I hate hate hate those lower lip tiny "beards" that just look like something small and furry died there.
An example of a character with a mustache and has many fans for his personality.
AHHH!!! One of my favorite lines from that movie. Of course, that movie is full of good lines! ![]()
hey cullen thread how is cullen going
Hey, how about that Cullen? What a guy.
hey cullen thread how is cullen going
So if Solas is monday, maybe they'll start with the advisers next thursday?
So if Solas is monday, maybe they'll start with the advisers next thursday?
I hope so.
I hope we also find out what they actually do with the Inquisition, in terms of the gameplay for missions and building up the organisation's power.
I hope they don't decide to take a break in the reveals after they're done with the companions.
I do think that at the start of DA2 is view are quite harsh/extreme, though he avoidable abusing mages as other extremist templars did.
His view might have changed a bit during the game, and I'll expect then to be different after Meredith's actions.
It seems to me like his views on mages changed a lot over the course of the the game, actually. In the templar ending he not only considers that mages accused of forbidden magic might be innocent and shouldn't be killed, but he also specifically brings up mages being spared at Kinloch Hold as the right thing to do, which directly contradicts his own position at the time.
I mean obviously he's still not skipping through fields of daffodils with Orsino or anything.
I just think he deserves credit that his views already have evolved tremendously, and we aren't just waiting for the next game for him to show some growth. ![]()
And yes, as someone who always goes the pro-mage route, I found Cullen's views in Act 1, even 2 to an extent, when he doesn't condemn the tranquil solution outright, pretty extreme and distasteful, but still think he's a great character and look forward to where the future takes him.
See, it's interesting how different people interpret the characters - to me he did seem to be condemning it outright, just trying to do so in a way that didn't show divisions in the templar ranks in front of a stranger. The way he got flustered, explained very delicately what other people had said, then phrased a strong contrary position of his own made me think he was just trying to avoid coming right out and saying he didn't agree with some of his colleagues about it so as not to air templar dirty laundry in front of Hawke.
DORIAN IS HERE!!!

Cool!
He's not really my type in physical appearance and the description of his personality doesn't immediately make me imagine him as a romance for my particular Inquisitor, but I think they could be friends. ![]()

If Dorian has the personality of Inigo Montoya, I will not be able to resist him. And if he only rolls with the boys, then I will have to play as a male for the first time ever. He's just that awesome.
Really hoping Cullen's personality is as vivid as all the other characters seem to be.
What's happening in 30 minutes?
Dorian is revealed, I think.
It's not official yet.
So if Solas is monday, maybe they'll start with the advisers next thursday?
Perhaps. They might take a break, though, talk a bit about the game mechanics. Still got a few months before October rolls around.
So if Solas is monday, maybe they'll start with the advisers next thursday?
So if and when they move to advisors what do you think are Cullen's chances of being revealed before Leliana?
What's happening in 30 minutes?
I bet Cullen will be last. Scribbles will probably be first, since we know next to nothing about her and then Leliana will be next for all those who romanced her and stuff, (plus the second story is usually not as entertaining as the first and the last), followed by Cullen complete with the GE video on next next Friday.
I see it the other way around. With Cullen's and Leliana's fanbases far outnumbering us Scribbles fans, I see them doing Cullen and Leliana first.
What's happening in 30 minutes?
You know how they do the tweets introducing the character? Ex: Sera: The Wildcard
Dorian's will be soon is my guess.
