I respect your opinion, but guess I just can't see how you would call that trolling. We're begging them for information -- anything, anywhere, anyhow -- and they're giving us at least enough to satiate us. What they're doing is the equivalent of a tv show commercial or preview.
Heh... at one point in the romance thread there were all these discussions about the various types of relationships (some them very.... complex and um, specific) and I made a joke about self-love... and the fade to black scene that would happen as a result. 
I have to admit, I think the male demo Inquisitor has a very pretty face, so, combined with that voice....

Amusingly, the poems remind me of when my 'creative writing' professor (she was terrible), asked the class to bring in our favourite poems. I don't think she understood the consequences considering my favourites are The Man From Snowy River by Banjo Paterson and The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe.
Well, the why is that his descriptions make him seem clever, witty, charming and cultured. Is there a little cockiness in there as well? It certainly appears that way, and that personally doesn't bother me. I don't mind a bit of cockiness and confidence. So long as he isn't impolite about it, and it doesn't seem he will be. At least judging from what we know so far.
I'm getting Rhett Butler vibes from him, if you're familiar with Gone with the Wind.

And yes, I am attracted to nice faces, but I seem to be more attracted to this cast. And Dorian's nose? YES PLEASE. i have a thing for noses shut up
But I do love how none of the characters are traditionally good looking (as in model flawless) they've all got their physical flaws, be it scars, ridiculous eye makeup *high fives Sera for wearing too much eyeliner like me*, a prominent nose, dark circles under the eyes, blemishes, funny facial hair etc. In The Witcher 2 (in regards to the women Geralt could sleep with/interact with) they were all super hot and super flawless... except that one granny that was added in for "lols".
It's probably for this reason. The cast isn't traditionally good looking, and I really love that. 
I, er, probably didn't really notice the difference between traditionally beautiful and not, or at least not to that degree.

I'm waving weakly at you all! My surgery went fine (for those of you that know about it- to those who didn't I kinda had brain surgery. It worked out lol!) and the tumor in my brain was non-cancerous ! Huzzzaaaaah! Still in the hospital but things are going well.

Just remembered something! In an interview (think it was GamerMD's) it sounds as if Cullen is going to have as much content as the companions. I often see the advisors praised on the same level (if not more) as the companions. Anyone else gets this feeling?

So that's just what has personally attracted me to him-- and the fact I find his personality attractive means I find his face attractive. That's just how I work, I guess? I'm not too fussed over Kaidan, myself, so while everyone is claiming he's the most attractive male Bioware has created I'm over here tilting my head. I can say people have a nice 'design', but I don't find them attractive unless I am digging their character.

I understand why you expect so much about him but still, I can't become fan of any character with some pictures, a quick description and a few seconds in a trailer.
I just don't get that he's already being compared to Cullen, assuming he may (or even had to!) be a better character than him. I read it many times down here or elsewhere, if I quoted your post this was mainly to ask what A-Game was, not to criticize you, even less judge you, whatever Lolalei may think.
But Cullen, we've known him for 2 games already. Dorian, we haven't even met him IG once. So yes, my reaction is WTF ? And I assume it.
And, as for the pretty face thing, I don't think I'm dreaming by saying that most people reacted on how gorgeous Dorian was, that he was definitely the guy to meet and romance, as if his beauty was THE ultimate criteria that determined his quality as a character.
That being said, it's perfectly fine to have a crush on him, to see his potential as a character, to speculate on him, but again, comparing a character we never met with another we already know, no I don't get it.
But that's fine huh, I was just speaking my mind.
That being said, I still wish to draw that funny scene I have in mind with Dorian and Cullen but I think I will refrain to post it down here, in case I hurt some sensibilities (yep, for me, Cullen is still the winner, unless my walkthrough in DAInquisition proves me wrong )

Yes what's been revealed so far by the devs suggests that he(and the rest of the advisers) might play a bigger role than your typical "important npc"who stays in the keep throughout the game.

For whatever it's worth: maybe I'm projecting my own opinions onto everyone else, and my lunch break is ending so I'm not going to go back through and look for exact numbers, but I remember 1 or 2 people saying (ostensibly jokingly) that Cullen was going to have some competition for their Inquisitors, 1 or 2 people who decided ages ago that they prefer Dorian repeating that sentiment, a lot of people saying DHMG is very physically attractive and / or sounds interesting based on his blurb and the survey, and zero people saying he was a better or more interesting character than Cullen. I think we're just excited to have some news to distract us while we wait for Hi-Res DAI Cullen and/or the GE video.
