Nope she's completely new. Beyond the fact that she's the political advisor for the Inquisitor we have no idea what her name is or who she is.

She has appeared in two trailers. Once in the scene the photo is from, and twice in the Stand Together trailer when they did group shots. 

 

She was also in the survey, but didn't have a description, and one piece of concept art. She is by far the most secretive character Bioware has in this game at least.

There's definitely a possibility that they wont announce the advisors soon, but I'm honestly leaning towards it likely happening towards next week. I don't know if they'll get writer interviews, but I think the profiles will be added before too much longer.

Oh, no, that I got. Was that her actual voice actress? Huh, her singing sounds very little like her speaking voice.

 

oh gosh that I don't know! LOL But the singing was quite good, I thought. Then Lel also sings in Asunder, so I figured it's supposed to be her thing?

I believe that it's Aubrey Ashburn that's singing "In Uthenara". I don't think it's the VA. Aubrey did the vocals for both DA:O and DA2.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't expecting exactly this. (I am excited to see all the knew talents and things. Perhaps more about what our Inquisitors can do outside of combat, how our agents can effect environments, more information about Skyhold, more information about all the Inquisitor's backstories, just... more information!)

 

On one hand, it's far easier for us Cullenites because we know quite a bit about Cullen. Scribbles' fans, however...

I wouldn't say that we know THAT much about Cullen tho... apart from he was/is? a templar and he didn't like mages after Uldred, and then after DA2 he might or might not have changed his views about the order and the mages... beyond that its just speculations.. we know nothing about his private life or family or anything, but yes I agree that Scribe girl fans know absolutely nothing about their character

In some ways it's worse for us because we know him in terms of his past within the Templars and we know what he looked like with his previous two models, but beyond that we know nothing else about him and the pictures we have seen of him have been small and blurry at best.

With Cullen? Naw, they confirmed Leliana as the espionage/spy advisor and then just said that there were two other characters that ran the military and political side of things.

nope. Just that *someone* runs the military pillar. Just like *someone* runs the political one. Leliana is the only named specialist so far.

See, I think we know as much about Cullen as we do about most of the followers at this point. Varric and Cassandra, and perhaps Cole, would be the exceptions. All we need is a few focused picture and quote, and we'd be right there with Sera or Blackwall. It's why I'm not sweating for information. It'll come, and it will probably be way less than we're thinking it will be.
