If Alistair needed the lyrium for his Templar abilities, then the Warden would too, as would Hawke, so that would mean the reason they are missing is that they are off somewhere curled in a ball, drooling, because someone forgot to get their supplies.    That aspect of the lore never did get properly addressed in game.

I keep hoping this is true... and then I can't help but also feel that the devs are just frakking with a big group of faceless, enthusiastic fangirls by dropping meaningless hints to chum the fan waters. 

 

It's BW, and they're awesome, so if it's worth doing, I'm sure the advisor romance will be good. But, I'd hate to get our hopes up like this and be disappointed. I for one am trying to keep my expectations low. At this point, Cullen even acknowledging he feels the same about my character is good enough for me!

Let me fix it: Cullen is a surname, and his actual name is Edward, he's been lying awake every night for 10 years, longing for you (even before he met you, because he saw you once upon in a dream, and now he's imprinted to you!). He's creeping into your bedroom at night to decorate it with emo poetry. He hates every other party member, and in the end of the game he will demand that you kill Cole, Solas, Dorian. and Vivienne or you won't get the achievement for romancing him. He sings Justin Bieber's songs in bed. He hates cats and dogs, and calls them abominations. He killed Kenny.

Ok, now I'm ready for this game!

This is one of my favorites.  Fell in love w/ it as soon as I saw it! 

I also like it. But he looks too young and is missing his lip scar. What is so great about it is that he has a really sad look in his eyes, like he is haunted.

 

Edit: My coworker just said that he does not look sad, he looks as if he is juuuuust about to start smiling and make a cough to cover his laugh. He has been very naughty... (love my coworker - dirty mind)

Indeed, though for The Warden and Hawke the fact that they're PC makes more difficult to implement (as it is for demonic temptations, which Gaider addressed it in a tumblr post).

Yes, I think it's the enigmatic expression that really drew me in from the first, actually.  There's an intensity in the eyes, too....just makes me wonder, "What is he thinking?"

The reason I chose the Placebo cover is because of the male vocalist, and the slightly harsher tone it takes. I myself prefer the Kate Bush version, but for the image I had in my mind, this version worked better.

I don't have any songs for my InquisitorxCullen pairing because I don't know what their relationship will be like or what will happen throughout the game/romance arc to be able to assign anything to it yet.

 

I do have a song for my Inquisitor (if I call her Lyra) and that's Kate Bush's "Lyra" from the soundtrack to the Golden Compass... I'm not actually keen on the song itself, but the lyrics work really well for the game's premise.
