THANK YOU! Anders is my canon romance... after that I stabbed the bastard several times just because the guy was so rude. Eventually I figured that credit where credits due because he's clearly a good actor if someone as foul as him can pull off voicing a nice character convincingly! I just have to remember that the voice is not the personality and then I'm golden.

I'd guess so. Probably pressed his luck just a bit there.

I was an unfortunate-looking teenager. I got stuffed into lockers a lot. Pretty sure my mother got me braces, gave me a bowl-cut and made me wear those huge glasses on PURPOSE. She's an evil woman, and I love her so much. Thank god I grew out of all that. But it did give me a greater capacity for compassion. Looks mean nothing. personality is what counts.

Sorry OT from Cullen but I REALLY do not like that man. He re-tweeted a very private fan message a while back (if any of you remember) and only deleted it because people got mad... I really do not like him. It's tarnished Anders for me which is sad. A lot of his tweets in general are embarrassingly obnoxious. I don't know why he still has fans. 

 

I had to get that off my chest because I finally had a reason to. I won't even bother posting a gif for this post.

I did have to laugh at the interview he did with Gideon Emery where they both got into character and got catty about Hawke. Fenris is my canon romance. I love Gideon's voice, it's all about the voice for me. GE, Brian Bloom, I've forgotten the name of Garrus' VO... all about the voice.

Well, we can talk about how we recreate Cullen in other games. I have him in Sims3 and in Skyrim, and maybe I should make him in Guild Wars 2 as well, but I don't like how men look here. Not hot.

I've literally had guys who made my life miserable and called me fat and ugly in HS try to hit on me now that I've gotten a bit more conventionally "attractive"and lost a bit of weight. That makes me so angry. Like, did you think I forgot what an awful person you were to me when you WEREN'T trying to get me into bed? ? NOT INTERESTED.

Gideon Emery seems like a really nice guy too, I wish Fenris had caught my attention instead but thanks to GE doing Awakening Anders I'd already decided that Anders would be my canon romance before I'd even found him in game to discover that they'd changed his voice actor, LOL!

 

Man, I remember how excited I was the first time I played DA2 when that woman mentioned Anders name, I was like "YES! LEMME AT HIM!" And then I was like... "man, this isn't the Anders I remember!"
