So, are you guys excited? After all this waiting we will finally get some info! Finally. Do you think there will be drastic changes to his appearance from DA2? I know he can't look exactly the same but from the *blurry* shot we got his face structure looked the same! : o Maybe older. But dang, Leliana looked good. New engine yurs.(Trying to bring it back a tiny bit so we don't get closed. ;n;)
@Phate Phoenix - Yeahh. I think he will have his sword because Leliana had her bow. ^-^ But that begs the question, why do they carry around their weapons in our bases? x3

I would like it if they announce the advisors every day this week, then do interviews later.
I'm of two minds in this regards. On one hand, we're practically guaranteed to get Cullen information by the end of the week if they just have the blurbs. On the other hand, I love the writer interviews and how they've been releasing the information lately. (Also, not having writer interviews could fuel the fire that NPC LI's will be "sub-par".)

I agree that Leliana looks good, but as I stated earlier, I'm somewhat disturbed that her eye color has changed. But then again, Varric's eye color was odd there for a while, so maybe Leliana's will get changed too.

1. Our communication was very constructive. We were offering support to the bullied individuals, Avejajed and meanieweenie.

Perhaps a better explanation should have been offered, as I'm certain it must have been clear that everyone here was shocked by what had happened and only wanted to support Avejajed and meanieweenie.

I think the made some deliberate changes to each already established character in the effort to make everyone look unique. This isn't a bad thing at all in my opinion. Eye color changes, are a bit weird, and I'm not sure the rational behind that, but on a personal-superficial level, as a person with brown eyes, I get tired of all the heros/beautiful people having blue eyes. Everyone in DA2 looked like a wax supermodel, albeit Cullen was damn cute, I look forward to a more unique Cullen.

Yes, my hopes are very high. Frostbite has looked amazing! I hope the eye color is just a difficulty that will be worked out. (Even though brown eyes are purty.) And watch as it will be only a helmet or a shot from sixty feet away. xD

At this point I think it's the lighting...If I recall correctly one of the devs mentioned in the Sera's thread something along the lines,that the lighting in forstbite can be strange at times ad give the illusion of a different eye colour.

I'm thinking that may have been the result of a spell because it seemed like the same thing happened to Dorian. I guess we'll find out in the game... if not "soon".

I'm happy enough to provide a bit more of an explanation (though detailing exactly how a situation has been dealt with isn't likely to happen very often, since it is flirting with violating the site rules, feeding the trolls, etc.).
I suspect I should have posted something more like "Pruning thread to remove violation of site rules and references to the same."
Certainly, I didn't intend any offense with my remark about off-topicness. It's just that this thread (and ones like it) tend to live in a fairly grey area and my (too pat) response of "Please bring this thread back on topic." seemed out of place.

I' agree with BevH on this,in the lore anyways spells are capable of changing sb's eye colour as an effect of the vast amount of energy channelled into the mage.
Adrian from Asunder is a good example since her eyes became red/fiery when she casted fire-storm...Maybe they implemented this in the game as well.
