I think he's the most likely to be announced too. I'd prefer a warrior or a rogue, but I'm still interested in him.

It will most likely be Solas unless they don't want to show two mages in a row

That's my thought as well. With so much talk of the Dales, and the magazine article with him, he's an easy and logical choice.
But they could totally blow our socks off and announce Cullen. And it's that <-- stupid thought that has me sitting here, twitching whenever I notice there's been a new tweet.

Yeah, I'll take whoever to be honest...just not Sera. She seems terribly dull to me. My top desire would be Dorian or the GW guy.

I wanted to touch on this particular subject, since I work in an adult assisted living home for the elderly. I can picture these poor Templars, older and their minds addled from lyrium, much like the people that I have to care for who have dementia or Alzheimers.
I never realized this before. I might have happened across it in the game, but forgot about it over the years. Anyway...
Imagine as an Inquisitor, for some reason, you have to go to one of these monasteries where Templars are "put out to pasture", and you have Cullen with you. Some of these older people are sitting quietly at tables, others are speaking softly to themselves, stuck in a loop from a time long ago, and they think they're speaking to someone who isn't there. And one is suddenly set off into a screaming rage, because something they see suddenly reminds them of a horrible incident with a mage, and the nuns have to rush to restrain him and calm him down, so he won't hurt himself, or anyone else that is there. These nuns have to dole out small portions of Lyrium, feeding the old templar's addiction, because to take them off of it entirely would be too cruel. Some of these old templars are so far along that they can't feed themselves, they have to be fed by the nuns; and they can't tell when they have to go, so they have to wear cloth diapers like a baby. The nuns have to change them when one soils himself.
What a bleak future indeed. I hope there's some way to get Cullen off the stuff before it's too late.
Just reposting to see what others think of this.

Other than being a Fade expert, I have heard he's a bit Sherlock/Sheldon Cooper. But I'm not sure how reliable that is.

From the survey, yeah. From what scraps we've heard and seen since, Sera sounds like a blast! Plus I'd get an idea of what female elves will look like.
Btw, whoever it is, do you think we'll be getting their character kit in their special week?

I would imagine that most templars end up going insane after so many years of being addicted. Soon, they need more lyrium to balance themselves out than can be provided. I'd imagine there is some place where they can be watched over when they grow too old, if they make it that long.

I think so. It would be a great time to bust out their character kits.

Not reliable at all! That was just more fun speculation in the Solas thread.

If I recall, we got Vivienne's character kit before her Follower Friday introduction.

On the Solas thread. I think Allan commented on a fanart and I think he hinted at that sort of personality.

Yeah they've been really tight-lipped about his personality. We know a lot more about Iron Bull's at this point than his!
Allan may have hinted at it but Allan hints at a lot of things. I try not to read too much into it anymore ![]()

Given the appalling way that the Celene/Briala relationship was handled in TME, and its continuation of damaging patterns within lesbian relationships in the series as a whole, I'm coming to the swift conclusion that Weekes' LGBT ally status, at least as expressed in media, is... at this point, highly questionable at least. Is anyone with me on this?

It's okay, bby. I'm sure your momma would be proud.
It's akward that I named my Hawke Niall (the name means champion).. I had forgotten about Ferelden's Niall XD

Yeah, I mean I had school off, but that's only cause I went to a Catholic school. Otherwise, it's not a federal holiday or anything like that, and certainly not up in Canada.
I live in Louisiana, so we get all Catholic holidays off ![]()
