Nope. not just you! I see em' too. *swoons* I pretty sure them all having brown eyes was the bug, so I think it's safe to say this is his real eye color in-game.

Probably the same bug that's affecting all the other characters eyes. Those that have dark eyes are showing as blue and those with pale eyes are showing as brown. Crazy ass bug.
