So it looks like he became defacto Knight-Commander and then when Cassandra started plan B she got Varric and Cullen to join the Inquisition.

Seems so. At least at first. So, that's sorta solves that. Still leaves questions...

Thanks for that!  I really was worried.  I remember playing SWTOR in beta, where Torian Cadera had really light brown eyes.  I thought it was awesome!  But when the game released, he suddenly had blue eyes and I was heartbroken.  Like, "Erhm, noooo!  Just ... no!"  In my Fanfic, he's totally golden brown-eyed, hehe.

I also love how it's more natural. It's curly but combed back... like most fanartists  have been drawing it. It's a little... strawlike tho. Makes me want to buy him conditioner. And apply it myself. Girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do...
