So now that I have a would be LI, I need some advice. I'm debating whether f!Amell or any other particular backstory bits like who you side with at the end of DA2 would enhance the romance. obviously, we don't know much, but I'm trying to create a set of four canon saves. I play a wide variety of characters, and I'd like world states specifically tailored for Cullen and Dorian, at least.

OMG, I'm so late, I have totally forgotten the new update for the advisors. He is gorgeous. One playthrough with one female straight inquisitor assured I guess.   ( unlike DAII where all my female characters turned lesbians since none of the male Lis physically appealed to me, and because I didn't like their personality  ) I love the scar on his face !!! His armor and his sword are awesome !!! His mask must be Orlesian ! 

 

Can't wait for the interview tomorrow !!! I really want to know with a few lines how he has matured and what he has become since DAII ! I also hope to know a little who he likes or dislikes. Like I already said before, he is / was a templar, he's human, his evolution since DAO and now the fact that he is a military leader, all these reasons already make him badass and very interesting to me.

Yea, I want his armor. Bioware better allow me to take his armor or something. I demand it. I will get it through extortion if I have to. I shall sacrifice a nug for each hour I don't have Cullen's armor in my possession.

Someone said a few pages ago that they thought he might be a 'Save The Keep'-er, but rereading his little blurb, (great word), I have to disagree. I think he'll be more of a 'Save The Village'-er

"he's determined that the Inquisition will make a difference for the people of Thedas."

While I agree that he may be pro-Gaspard, I think he'll be pushing for the more moral path more often than not, with Leliana pushing for the more pragmatic path and Scribbles staying relatively neutral on most issues.

That was me. I'd guessed Kirkwall would make him more ruthless. But I'm a sucker for knights in shining armor, so I'm happy to be wrong.

I love how unique each of them look!

They have their flaws and their own style,glad to see that our pc will be surrounded by a bunch of awesome distinct-looking characters.

I love how everyone is looking as well. In design and character. I really do think this bunch could be our best yet.

xD We have jumped 26 pages in just a few hours (since his reveal). There's 25 replies a page so roughly 650 replies. I can't wait to see tomorrow or whenever his GE video and interview are released!

Okay, don't lynch me, but the lighting here, and the angle that his head is at... It's not really doing him any favors. It makes him look super scary, but his eyebrow nearest the light is washed out and he just looks odd. He looks, very un-Cullen. It's just this one picture, the other pictures are amazing.

 

That's actually, like, my second-favorite still of him. His furrowed brow, pursed lips, and tilted head are just... it's exactly how I imagine an angry Cullen would look. It's certainly not the most flattering image, but the emotion is shows just fills me with glee.

I like how they're all turning out too. They have a very practical look to them that's more believable. I think Bioware is trying to avoid stereotypes and Iron Bull is probably a good example. He's totally not what I expected based on the banter and interview I saw. I expected him to be this grizzly old Qunari who's kinda a meathead. Because you know, video games don't have enough stereotypical characters in them(jking of course).

LOL I have this image now of Cullen running around naked for real, in his heart boxers, because deuce's Inquisitor is wearing his armor.

[TILTS HEAD] Well, perhaps a savestate with a F!Amell/Surana would give additional dialogue, especially if your Inquisitor is a mage. A Hawke who sided with the Templars and spared the mages at the end of DA2 might also give some interesting dialogue. Bloodmage characters, as well.

 

That said, mage Wardens or Hawkes could also give Dorian more to say. Both Cullen and Dorian are tied to the mage plot tightly.
