Something that just occurred to me while we've been gawking and drooling... *erm excuse me while I wipe off drool*... Cullen doesn't have a title... of any sort.

This may sound weird, but another nice thing: I don't have to build my party composition around Cullen. I can take whoever I want.

Sometimes I think I'm the only one excited by romancing an advisor per se.

One the first things I said when it became apparent he wasn't a companion was that it would get me out of my rut of always dragging my LI everywhere. I've think i've been pretty positive about the whole Advisor deal from the beginning though.

I didn't personally feel that taking them out with me provided anymore in regards to actual romance content. In DA:O for instance, pretty much all major romance dialogue happened at camp anyway. I'm particularly pleased with how alot of my original thinking over their importance and content has panned out.

So all in all, i'm very happy and very excited with the shake up and change of pace romancing Cullen will bring.

This has me thinking that Cullen may be closer to early to mid 40s as far as his age is concerned. The reason is, this says he's spent more than half his life in the Order. Since only 10 years has passed since the start of DAO to the start of DAI, it leads me to believe he was much older than I thought in Origins.

I was puzzling this as well. But I really don't think it makes him that old. From DA2, we know at least some templars begin training at 15. If he's older than 30, then he's been a templar more than half his life. The "young" comment makes me wonder again if he was a Chantry kid even before that, tho. I hope we find out!!

As far as I am concerned my favorite is definitely this one. Dat scar, dat smirk and the man in his badass armor is looking at me with confidence.  Is it really the shy and awkward Cullen i've seen in DAO,  ? Also FACIAL HAIR which kinda makes him look even more experienced in the war area as if he lived many things. I read somewhere that the blue eyes are a bug, so i'll wait to see what it gives with hazel eyes. It will be probably even better. 

 

ps : Personally I never lacked LIKE. But I find it adorable and cute when people are telling LIKE in their post, when they run out of likes. That always makes me laugh.
