So, I just introduced my Hubby to Cullen as the 'guy I'm leaving you for in October for about a week.'
 
He took one look at the picture and said 'Yeah, fair enough.'

This has me thinking that Cullen may be closer to early to mid 40s as far as his age is concerned. The reason is, this says he's spent more than half his life in the Order. Since only 10 years has passed since the start of DAO to the start of DAI, it leads me to believe he was much older than I thought in Origins.

 

Mid 40s seems a bit too old. My gut feeling tells me he is more in his early 30s or in his mid 30s. So, he could have been about 23 - 25 in DAO. 

 

 

 

We still don't have a last name, though.

Shunning? Now that's a very strong word for a simple comment on the oddness of Xil's reaction.

I was merely asking her why she was here to comment about the unattractiveness of men in her eyes, in a topic built more or less around that specific topic. It just seems pointless to discuss something like that.

 

Apologies if I reacted too harshly, but as it's already been stated we've had some unfair treatment of fellow users and feelings are still a bit raw. 

 

I've seen more OT random things brought up in this discussion thread, so to point out her comment as something that is unwelcome or pointless, in my eyes, just seems unfair. Xil was just pointing out a personal observation/opinion based upon our reactions to Cullen's reveal and appearance.

I can understand that, I suppose. But I don't really know about "not waiting for other people to act," given that acting on his own hasn't exactly had the best results.

I dunno... when he finally acted on his own at the end of DA2, that led to Meredith's overthrow and demise. Most folks complain that he didn't act at all, Xil. Always gotta be different, eh?

Very true, people are aloud to come here and point out their personal opinions of Cullen in a polite and constructive manner which I think was done. We can't take automatic offence because their opinion differs from ours, after all this is a discussion thread.
