Well, to be fair, they didn't announce Cassandra's sexuality when they released her bio blurb and interview either. I really don't think it means anything.

Ok I sent him a msg. Informed him of the copied art, and let him know that I let the other 'artist' know of what they are doing. Chances are they just really love his work and wanted to have some fun by copying it. But that person still needs to know that what they are doing is wrong. Judging from the art itself, I say the person is probably in their teens and doesn't know any better.

I think he's going to end up straight and Solas will be Bi.   The description of Solas and how he views things...leads me to believe he is Bi.

 

I think they are going to end up keeping Cullen straight.  And if that does turn out to be the case...I will adapt. I plan to roll a male toon for Dorian.

Ugh stuff like that bugs me. The stuff that I post, fan stuff of work I copied. Are from very long time ago. Saw something in a comic or what not, decided to try to draw it. Didn't know or don't know the artist who was the original creator, so I state just that and mention that I take no credit in the pose/idea or whatever. That it was for fun and that's it.

To be honest, I'm not sure how one views things (I guess you mean how he views the Fade and what not?) would have anything to do with one's sexuality.

Sadly I doubt thats going to happen.  Its leaning more and more that he will be straight and restricted to elves, dwarf, and human female inquisitors.  They did say there would gay, bi, and straight romances...its best to prepare ourselves.

It's rare that a reveal truly delivers in the way that this one obviously did for you guys, and reading your delighted posts brought a smile to my face, not unlike watching someone's face light up at an unexpectedly on-the-mark Christmas or birthday present. I'd be really shocked if they said anything about his sexuality at all... or Scribbles even, at that. Last few times they mentioned sexuality, it kinda resulted in a lot of drama. ^^; Maybe that's a wait and see kind of thing now.

It's crazy how confident he looks in those pictures, I love that his blurb says that he's tired of waiting for people to take action.

 

Mmmm, yessssss. That's what I wanted from Cullen in DAI. For him to trust his own judgement again. I can't wait until I do something he doesn't agree with and then he calmly calls me out on it.

No. How he sees the world differently and how he doesnt like being referred to as just an elf.   I think he will end Bi.

 

I think Cullen is going to end up straight. And yes it sucks but they did say there would be romances for everyone...whether straight, gay or Bi.

 

I think hes going to be the straight romance because they are going to stick to canon in Origins where he only flirted with female Surana or Amell.

 

I think also he's going to be straight because they already had Anders who was Pansexual.   Bioware never does things the same way. 

And yes it does suck...if it turns out Cullen is straight at least we can roll male Inquisitors for Dorian and Solas.

 

There is a bright side despite the disappointment.

It was certainly fun to be a part of it, too. I hope the BW people are pleased with how things went. They certainly did get us all worked up first. They obviously knew what they were doing!
