Ive googled amber eyes just to make sure im not insane and this is what came up (im gonna show a few samples  unless you guys want me to posat every pic on google) so amber eyes are a very light brown or mid tone brown

I really happy that she addressed some questions without actually going into details, as much as I want a lot of info now, I want to experience it and enjoy discovering it myself. I'm really keen on getting to know more about his past etc

Part of me wants my Fmage Amell, commander of the grey and mistress to the king---Rogue Hawke, who sleeps with both Fenris and Anders, continues the romance with Anders, but decides to kill him at the end, and sides with the templars.

 

Or my Rogue Cousland, Queen of Ferelden--Healer mage Hawke who does that ridiculous chaste marriage with Sebastian.

Hmmm... I think the F!Amell and Templar!RHawke would make for the most impactfull run for Cullen.

 

Mine's pretty distant from him, admittedly: Dalish Rogue who got with Zevran, and F!Hawke pro-mage revolutionary who loves Anders.

I think I will try to stick with my origin play throughs, rogue Cousland queen, mage Hawk with Fenris.

I have a feeling that I may play around in the keep and change a few things.

 

Although 99.9% time I always sided with the mages, templars had a good ending and of course more of Cullen!

I don't know if it was one of your stories...........? But I remember reading one where he and Hawke are on the run after Kirkwall and she is injured and he ends up taking her to his parents farm so they could rest and she could heal. This is what got me onto Cullen background being a simple farm boys life I twas so well written and completely believable and it was Cullen/Hawke..... Love that duo

LOL What a coincidence. Could very well be; that's the plot of my story Andraste's Grace. how awesome is that??

(Edit: they're also the same characters as my new story, Fool's Errand, I just started posting. Unfortunately I don't think this particular side quest will make it in the main narrative, tho. )

Aw, man   I missed my birthday page by one. That's what I get for lurking too much, and not engaging. I prefer the edge of the room.

 

Anyway, I love the new Cullen pictures. Thought I'd stop by to voice my support. Haha. As soon as he was confirmed to be in the game (officially, I mean), and very soon after confirmed to be an LI, I've had my eye on him

 

I imagined my Dalish Inquisitor (I'm so glad I get to be an elf again! And Dalish was always my favorite), standing next to him, but her eyes starting to wander as no new information was given about him, and seeing all the wonderfully delicious male companions (even Dorian--oh my god--I might have to make my male Inquisitor romance him and have my first m/m pairing). But with this new information, she finally glances back at him, sees him in all his awesomeness (total BAMF), and says, "Excuse me, what was I thinking?"

 

Only about three months now. So exciting.

 

I think I may duck out now. Wonderful chatting with you all (or rather, reading the "chatting").

I only had one complete playthrough of each game, so unless I decide to change them in the Keep it'll be a reluctantly pro-Templar Warrior Hawke who became Viscountess of Kirkwall and (maybe?) Princess of Starkhaven and an Amell who wound up the Teyrna of Gwaren and the King's mistress. (I would love it if DAI addressed in passing that the Gwaren boon would probably have gone over like a lead balloon for a mage Warden but I'm not betting on it unless I see that boon in the Keep.) I was going to change it either via Keep or playthrough to make Anora queen and Alistair stay a Warden, but I don't know if we'll see Alistair if he's not king, and part of me does like the sad Feels-uh of poor Amell winding up with a less happy ending.

 

As for how any of that will affect Cullen, I'm a little worried that Hawke having gone pro-Templar will make him feel less guilty about the Templars' role in the Kirkwall Shitstorm but I can also make an argument to myself that this would be even more the case if Hawke went pro-Mage.

My canon DA:O playthrough used a mod that allowed my M!Cousland rogue to romance and marry Alistair. Unfortunately I don't think the Keep will register it.  I tried a vanilla playthrough and ended up with Zevran but it wasn't the same.  *Shrug* oh, well.

 

DAII canon playthrough -- Garrett Hawke. Rogue totally roped in by Anders. Sided with the mages but it was for Bethany's sake (very protective of his sister!)

 

DAI canon playthrough? Rollind Trevelyan. Rogue, of course. Stereotypical dashing bad boy. A combination of Puss 'n Boots from "Shrek" and Captain Hook from "Once Upon a Time."     Initially thinks of Cullen as "this week's conquest" but grows to respect him as he learns about the Broken Circle and Kirkwall. If the game allows it, he gives up his roguish ways should Cullen be male-romanceable. If not....oh, look - there's a tight-panted, mustachioed mage standing right over there and he looks like he could use a drink.

You silly! I mean like having a hobby. Varric wrote trashy novels, Isabela got drunk in the Hanged Man, Merrill observed other people in the alienage and tried to fix her mirror. Anders healed people and then worked on his manifesto, and Fenris brooded in his broken down mansion. Aveline lusted after Donnic, lol. Hmm, in Origins all the companions just hung around the campfire, but even they had their passions. Morrigan liked her jewelry, Leliana liked her clothes and schmooples, Alistair mentioned something about cooking in his banter with Leliana. Someone liked paintings, wasn't that Sten? Anyway, they all had something to keep their mind on. I wonder what Cullen's willbe, besides the INQUISITION and his soldiers. And the Inquisitor.
