Cullen could be a bald dwarf, and I would still like him.

True story. For me, I could reconcile his DA2 appearance as DAO Cullen in a new engine. He still had enough similarities to be recognizeably the same guy. In DAI, while I much prefer the textures and the "realism" of it all, he looks sort of like his DA2 model, but they haven't emphasized the same traits ... His nose is different. No eye circles, no mole, which imo were things that made him a little distinctive. That is certainly secondary to him "being" Cullen though : )

 

I think the mole is still there... could just be facial hair though.

Me too, although it would be quite funny if their hair and eye colour kept changing from scene to scene all through the game!

I like it too.  I also like the background picture from his page on dragonage.com.  The expressions on both of these pictures actually look like he might be thinking something...inappropriate.  That could be just my personal projection, but I'm good with it anyway.

Allan on the eye colour change

Hopefully, since the reaction to the blue eyes was largely negative in her thread, I'm hoping they will be brown in game. But I'm biased since I'm really attracted to brown eyed Vivienne and unsettled by blue eyed Vivienne.

I found the blue eyes to be appropriate for the whole "icy queen" description of her, but beyond that I'd say the brown look better.

I preferred the brown eyes because the majority of us non-fantasy humans have dark eyes, and light colors are desirable.
I feel like there's been a bias to light eye colors among the DA cast so far, so I was excited to finally see a character with my eye color

Yes! Exactly.  I've looked at those pictures far more than is seemly, and I don't even give a crap.  I'm so happy...I'm so glad we only have three months.  I don't think I could have waited any longer without losing it!

I have blue eyes, but I'm not particular on what color characters have. Honey colored eyes suit Cullen so much more than blue ones.
