Her name is actually Scribbles. I saw the official reveal.

That's how I read it, to be honest. That there were 15 people there, all knight commanders except for 4 who, I assumed were seconds or whatever.

Well, the typo theory is kind of confirmed by the fact that Lambers doesn't mention 4 missing KC. I think in the FE part the number was supposed to be 11, short of 4 who couldn't make it in time.

Still, I wonder if Kirkwall was a part of it? Was the Circle restored there? Some mages probably surrendered during the Annulment, and maybe Cullen managed to postpone their execution, and then just cancelled it. Some probably returned after Hawke left, because they had nowhere else to go, and they didn't have any skills to survive on their own. Loyalists probably all returned. Maybe they elected a new FE. And Cullen was promoted to KC. I think the KC is appointed by the Divine? So maybe Cullen sent her a report, "Blah-blah, it was bad, but I fixed everything! Send the new KC!" and she thought, "Oh, what a clever man, let's just promote him to KC, I have so much crap to deal with right now!" and so she did.

Then I guess Cullen was at Lambert's meeting, and maybe that's when he decided to quit. Looks like there wasn't an option to disagree, judging by what Lambert thinks about it.

Is the KC appointed by the Divine? Because that would explain a way for Cullen to remain only acting KC of Kirkwall.

Knight Commanders aren't explicitly promoted by the Divine. It can be a Grand Cleric instead. Elthina promoted Meredith. Probably the one in Starkhaven, which is the nearest I believe, would have promoted him. That being said, I don't think the Gallows was fully reconstituted as a Circle though.

I kind of hope she's a Merchant Prince actually. Like TES' Daedric Princes are all Princes even the 'female' ones. It just sounds cooler to me for some reason.

There may be a typo in Asunder, maybe David Gaider wanted to say that there were supposed to be 15 FE, but 4 were missing. Not that 15 came, and 4 were missing.

This is what I would've thought ... Except that then I'd expect Ben Gelinas, Keeper of the Lore, to just say "15." You know?

I guess I'm sticking with 15 for now until we learn something more concrete.
