This is kinda random, but I saw a guy who looked exactly like Greg Ellis at the mall today! I had to do a double-take, I was so confused! ![]()

He didn't seem the type to just toss away my warden for his 'duty', either. But that never stopped him! >
*angry feels coming back from so long ago*
Ah, but he will die for her if you don't do the Dark Ritual stating that breaking off the relationship with her was the biggest mistake he'd ever made, so that makes up for it, lol.

Regarding the child at the end of The Calling:
David Gaider wrote:
If Alistair is that child, then the codex is either explaining what Alistair assumes about Eamon's reasoning (everything in the codex is what he "told" you, more or less, right?) or it could be an oversight -- if you prefer to believe that. Or there is another child, yes. You're free to speculate.

I don't recall ever reading as such, but I guess it'd possible.Did comic Alistair sleep with Isabela? I've read only a little but some people here describing the comic make it seem like yes.
Coming to like being king is something I can see it happening. It was kind of hinted by the epilogue slides, in my opinion. And I can see that Deep down he might've wanted to be it even in the past/DAO. Expecially as a child. When he was in the Fade he had a dream where he was with his father hunting as the King or future King or something. Up until that point apparently he made it seem like he wasn't keen on being King (because that's the canon they went with in the comics) but then Varric calls him out on it and tells him that he won't allow himself to admit that he enjoys being King and deep down always wanted it (or something). Alistair doesn't deny it.
This doesn't negate what happened in DAO, I believe. Even if, deep down, he always wanted to be king, he might've not realized during DAO.

That is... Actually really interesting. From what little I've seen of the comics, he seemed like he was miserable.
I've seen a hard-copy of them all at my local Barnes and Noble, sounds like I should go and pick it up.

Cullen Cullenson??This is Epic...Truly!
He's Cullen Cullen, descendant of Cullen Cullenson, born in the tiny hamlet of Cullen, which lies beside the River Cullen.
Cullen: Family reunions tend to get a tad confusing... as is asking directions to it...

I kind of want there to be another child, one that is capable of reproducing this time. I don't want Calenhad's line to die out, it would be such a waste of

Agh. Sudden family outing tomorrow, right when the Follower Friday person will be announced. I swear to the Maker, if Cullen is announced and I'm not here...
Oh, Captain America: The Winter Soldier had better be the best blasted movie.

I think I remember reading that DG stated the Therein line would end with Alistair.
And to me, this is where it's interesting. If you got Alistair to do the dark ritual. If Mr.Alistair were to ever die....

I don't see anything wrong with that.Ah well, he won't ever be a King in any of my games, LOL!
Though I wonder if Alistair would appear as both Warden and King in DAi. Both paths can be explored in DAI since we'll go to ferelden and there is a Warden plot, so he might appear in both, but it's possible he'll appear only in one path.

Hey guys, just a question that I'm curious to hear everyone's opinion on. Do you think Cullen will have any strange little quirks (besides paranoia)?
For some reason I see him being an obsessive cleaner. At least that'll explain what he'll be up to if he's stuck at our keep
I still see him obsessed with training.

I think it'll be either Solas or IB, since I believe they'll show one of the 'confirmed' companions.
