Is that what it is? I guess that's cool. It's a shame that (for me) he looks less like his established self though. With Morrigan I'm like "Oh, Alistair was right, she does look more like her mum now." I also noticed Varric's closer resemblance to Brian and I thought that was really great because, somehow, he didn't lose his quintessential Varric look. Don't get me wrong, I love that Cullen looks older, but the parts of him that they altered make him hard for me to identify as the character I know and love. I can't tell from just picture, I need to see him talking! I don't really want to be spoiled on anything story based though, so I guess I'll just have to wait 'till release
I agree, when I look at him I don't see Cullen. I hope they are still tweaking his appearance and that it shows up better in game.
It's odd that he said we'd see Gideon Emery again but not Fenris. Is GE voicing someone besides Fenris? That would be weird

Well, here's the thing. In my first play through, Fenris wouldn't stop trying to fight me about the goddam*ed mages, and eventually he made me kill him.
So, maybe it's more that he won't be in everyone's playthrough.
(My canon playthrough, I'm trying to at least to keep him from fighting me at the end. )
Also, maybe he means we'll see Samson or something.

Oh yes, I hope that's the case. But then... I hope he doesn't appear without Hawke if he's romanced... but then... maybe that means he only appears if he's alive and NOT romanced... or only if he IS romanced... and he's with Hawke!

There will be romance scenes, but not necessarily just focused on sex.
