So I've been thinking: would the Inq being Cullen's technical boss be a point of tension? He's more than capable of standing up for himself, but I could see either worry it'd compromise their objectivity or hurt troop morale.

SO DO I. Mmmm...Johnny Gat.
YOU SHOULD DEMAND ROYALTIES. XD It took me forever to create a good male Boss! Ended up being a male version of me with a fauxhawk. XD
*ahem* So. That Cullen. XD
Don't get me started on Johnny Gat

When R2 said Cullen's surname is probably Baker, I thought of cuddling some buns, that's true ![]()

This is something I've long speculated about. Given his militaristic background and presumably deeply ingrained prohibitions on fraternization, I always like to imagine it being a concern for him. One our Inquisitor needs to help him... work through. So I've been thinking: would the Inq being Cullen's technical boss be a point of tension? If he is a farm boy and says As You Wish, your head (and mine) will explode
That would be just...
. What do I have to do to make this happen?! I will give anything to Bioware if they will make this happen. *does Blood Magic*

I think perhaps Cullen would prefer to be the one 'in charge' in the pairing, but if he was, his sense of duty would prevent him from going ahead with a relationship. So even though I think he will have more than a few issues surrounding a relationship with his 'superior', it's probably the best thing for him

If you had to sacrifice Cullen to save Thedas, would you do it?

Ooooh, good one! Y'know, I have no idea until I'd have to make that call.

It's a concern for me, but not how you'd might think. I'll have to work extra hard to be a fair and impartial commander to those under me and especially his men. I've already decided my role as Inquisitor supersedes personal desires.

Yeah, I have no idea. I mean, I forced my love to sleep with a nasty sneaky witch thief rather than make that choice. ![]()

Spoiler
Wonder when we'll finally see the Greg Ellis video. If the Iron Bull one is any indication, we should hear some of Cullen's lines and maybe see some footage of him. Wonder if the other companions/advisers will get videos, too, or only select ones. Would be interesting to see one for each to hear their voices.
Uh, whoah. I was making a joke! I realize sometimes things like that don't come through very well in text, but yeah, it was meant as a joke, no need to get all... Whatever that was, with me.
And by the way, I'm a female, and what I said had nothing to do with Cullen being a female-only romance. It was about the irritation of seeing your companions romance each other when you choose not to romance one of them yourself, a la Tali/Garrus, Fenris/Isabela.

Well considering I let Morrigan sleep with Alistair just so we could live happily ever after, probably not Screw Thedas lol :3

You know Thedas is a pretty messed up place anyway...
It will depend the Inquisitor I'm playing and whether she romanced him.

Would I get a great good-bye dialogue where he declares his undying love for my quizzy? If yes- you bet. Bye, bye Cullen
(But tbh I'd probably reload afterwards and save him. Thedas will just have to deal with it.)
