So glad IB is a romance option to everyone Kinda see it after the remarks about bedding anyone he couldn't break but confirmation is always good

 

I have to say personally I'll be a little bit disappointed if Varric isn't an LI but I'm starting to believe it will be unlikely that he is.

Overall I'm happy that they're offered so many and hopefully everyone can find someone to love

OK, so from the information we have so far I'm going to go--in order:
 
Cullen/Fem!Human Rogue
Iron Bull/Fem!Qunari Mage
Josephine/Male!Qunari Warrior
Sera/Fem!Elven or Human Mage/Rogue--I'm not sure on class or race yet for this

Did you post Hissra in the group? I don't remember her, but I remember Elidri and Esmerelda. I like that you're covering all races... I've yet to formulate a qunari playthrough... Hmm. 

 

Whelp mine are still as follows; I hate how things are up in the air still for so many:

 

Blackwall, with Auren, elven (archer) rogue 

Iron Bull, with Kael, elven mage

Sera, with Adele/Odette/Alina (not sure), human (S&S... I think) warrior

Josephine, with unnamed dwarf DW rogue

 

EDIT: Forgot to do my alts... well if there's no Blackwall then it'll def. be Auren with Bull; Kael will get moved to fourth place, when I'll be ready to romance Bull again I guess lol

 

I love the name "Ren"; that's actually one of my canon Wardens

 

By the way I have four world states planned to go with all four of these, and yes I know which world states are going with which playthroughs

I'm actually thinking it's going to be Viv & Solas.... Out of the four companions left it's very hard to pick for me.

I think each has a pro & con of why or why not they would be LIs.

I do however see Blackwall as a mentor and even though I have no interest in romancing him, I'm good if he is an LI and probably end up in a later play through romancing him.

 

As to my characters... I think I'll wait until game is released and see what I feel like in CC (cept she'll prob be human). I always use a few names and since I've already used Asperath (warden) and Ardra (Hawke), I'm probably going to be calling my quizzy Brenna or Kialla

Saarebas literally translates to, "Dangerous thing."

There isn't one. Qunari terms are mostly figurative and have multiple meanings. Adaar literally means, "fire thrower."

Vashoth can have literally anything for a name. Pretty much anything they like the sound of will work. So, yes.

Caledonia for my Human Female Mage dating Cullen. I have a head cannon of him singing "Caledonia" to her

Sinmara for me Qunari Female Rogue dating Iron Bull. Qunari remind me of Vikings, so Viking mythology names it is.

Don't know what to name my male Qunari warrior with Dorian or my Elf (mage probably) that I haven't decided on their romance yet

I believe we are going to see the real Bianca in the game.    I think that will be Varric's quest.   We either help reunite them or we help Varric finally get closure.

 

There is also dialogue in Legacy where Varric mentions going a date with a Dwarf related to the Helmi Family from Origins if I recall.

My first character (my "canon" Inquisitor) will be Magdalene Lavallen- a female elf mage. Likely romance will be Cullen or Iron Bull, but I am intrigued by the Dalish Mage/Templar Dynamic of pairing her with Cullen, both by the fact there are dichotomies on multiple levels, though in the end both have a genuine desire to do the right thing. (I don't know, what do you guys think?)

 

My second character will be Veska Adaar -a female Qunari mage. I definitely see Iron Bull as a better fit for her personality wise, but I want to wait and find out what the remaining two options are. Sera might also be a possibility. 

 

Third character is my Let's Play character, Lyrian, but I haven't decided on whether she will be a Mage!Lavellan or a Rogue!Cadash, and romances are completely up in the air. It will depend on whether I can settle on a female mage Hawke or male Rogue Hawke for my DA2 let's play. 

 

I also have a female human warrior, Shiloh Trevelyan, and Tsaromae Adaar, a male Qunari mage (or possibly rogue). So I have three to four more to plan out if I want to hit all of the romances, one of which will need to be male.

Speculation abounding, I see.  I wanted to toss my votes into the fire and admit that I think the last two romances are going to be race-gated for dwarves:  Varric for female dwarves and Dagna for male dwarves.  Which would fit the Raptr hints, as well as the announcements we've seen already.

 

That's what I'm thinking, at least.  I'm pretty happy with the romances they've described so far, although beyond Cullen, I just want to get to know the characters better before deciding what sort of playthroughs I'm going to make.  Bull sounds pretty fun, at least.  And I kind of like Dorian still.  But I still want to "meet" them before deciding whether or not I'm going to play that way.  My canon still seems pretty stuck on Cullen, who's yumminess remains firm.

 

I'm still going back and forth between mage and warrior, but my first playthrough is going to be an Elven female named Kestral, for the bird.  Fingers crossed, that October gets here SOON.

Dev's have said no romances outside of companions or advisors (Other than casual flirting), so Dagna unfortunately can't be.
