I'm not sure what it's like elsewhere in the world but for me I think A LOT of people are living like it's an age of entitlement.

In every case, what these people are doing is not strengthening their cause, but alienating potential allies/weakening their arguments one way or the other and helping to build up even more resentment towards them because they are choosing to attack specific groups of people. Now those who may have been more grey area'd would now find themselves swinging in more of one direction because they feel as though they are personally being attacked because they are either of the straight/gay/bi orientation.
She told me about getting a confession from a girl gamer who was sad because she wanted to see a **** in Cullen's ass. Had the person just said "I am sad male players can't romance Cullen" she would have kept the confession.
She deleted it because it was offensive and reduced the relationship to something that borders on fetishizing.
She has a very strict standards when it comes to confessions.

Height differences.
This going to sound very silly... but I have a problem playing dwarves because of the height differences... I've tried!! I always play in third person or behind character view.
Please help me? I want to at least have one play through as dwarf!

Well, dwarves are pretty much my height if we assume the humans are near/a little over six foot.
They look around 5'0", maybe a bit shorter?
I thought the dwarves were a little over 4 feet?

I was taller than Glimi... I thought they were shorter than 5ft?

It really depends how tall the humans are. In one of the concepts, the lady dwarf looks much taller than 4'0'.

... I could move there in a heart beat if I think I could get a job and handle everything being more expensive than Aus.
Planning my next trip with my cousin (we drag our Mums to all LotR stuff haha they had no clue) so we can see a few things we missed! Oh and go back to Hobbiton!
I guess I get overworked cuz I feel so horrible for the devs who are working their butts off to make this beautiful game as perfect as possible for everyone, yet everything they do is never enough! I just wish there was a way to let them know that we think they are doing a terrific job and to somehow block out all the haters. There's nothing worse than attempting to create the best possible masterpiece, working day and night to complete it and even taking out extra time to make it even better for everyone, only to have everything thrown back into your face....trust me, I know the feeling and it's heart wrenching. Imma go watch the demos again to cheer me up... :/

I have three hours left of a twelve hour night shift, and thought I to pop in and say hi in my sleep deprived state. The last time I chilled on BSN was for DA2 and ME3, so it's been awhile. I was staying (TRYING) away from info for Inquisition to avoid getting too riled up, BUT well, I dove head first in last night and here I am. Muahaha.
I'm all for Cullen, and also hoping for Solas.

Yeah, there is so much that goes into game development, far more than most people realize. There is scripting, animating and rigging, 3d modeling and texturing. Lots of art, so much work. I always defend game developers unless they do something seriously questionable. Ever since DA2 I have felt terrible for the DA teams. I get being disappointed about certain things, but people are downright horrible. Like the person who threatened one of the pregnant writers' life. Disgusting.
It scares the hell out of me. If all goes according to plan, I will be a developer someday. I know that if I were a DA dev, I'd be terrified of getting involved in the fandom, and that's kind of bad because you could miss excellent ideas and good solid criticism and feedback. These people are hurting the games more than helping with their crap. Constructive criticism is good.

I had issues with my dwarf wardens, especially in romances with Alistair and Zevran (I even tried male dwarfs with Morrigan and Leliana) because no matter what, when it came to the kissing scenes or romance scenes, my dwarves would always suddenly become huge in order to bypass the height difference for the animations. It was WEIRD!
