Dressin' Up by Katy Perry just came on my playlist when I saw this. Seems oddly fitting.
lol, I googled that song, and thought of that doodle I made once on the train:

It's not that bad at the moment, but I needed positivity. And I'm really confused about how Bioware isn't thinking of the ladies because the straight female options aren't pretty enough?
I wonder if I should bring up the real reason I hate gating by gender or race over there? Or would you like to hear about it instead?

Tell me about it. I think someone in the Vivienne thread was trying to say they thought if she was a LI, it would be sexist that all the big female characters are romanceable.
And I've seen arguments that it's telling lesbians to go sit in the corner because the gay female options are just 'sidekicks'. I... don't think we know enough about Sera to say, and Josephine is an advisor. Seems pretty plot important?

A-anyway, to get back on topic...!
Well, sort of, anyway...
It seems like the romances will have custom animations this time, depending on race, so how do you imagine the romance scene will go with Cullen with the different races? Fun exercise time; come up with scenarios! ![]()

Well apparently we'll have multiple romance scenes too, so I'm thinking they'll be able to try a few different things...
Well, the romance scene. With emphasis. ;D
I expect adorable drop-to-one-knee for kissies with the dwarfettes.
You can tell me
I'm not guaranteed to agree but I debate respectfully
I think gating has a tendency to result in a "this kind of person likes A and that kind of person likes B." For example straight men tend to get the "no-nonsense, prickly, job-focused" type (aka Ice Queen). Miranda, Cass, Morrigan. I'd love one of those because that's how I'd like to play my Warden, Shep, or Inquisitor. I tend to get character types that I don't like when I play as a woman because the devs seem to think mine's a male fantasy. At least if it's ungated, I can play f/f. Not that I wouldn't mind a straight man who believes in both "greater good" and not visiting every tavern in Thedas.
