I'm just curious. Particularly since he drops by this thread very often. That being said, I know of plenty straight guys that are fans of Cullen, I just got the sense that Cameron was gay.

um, with what david was saying abt the romances and there being options not to bed the li: at one point david says not all the romances culminate in a sex scene--which is basically fade to black anyway. at least it was. idk what they're doing for dai. but anyway, point is, no big loss there for me.

 

well, as long as there's Kissing. Kissing is very important. and one of my most fav things in the whole wide world.

 

it is abt the "Romance". But what does that really entail? what is a good romance? To me it's all abt dialogue. it has to be. banter so that the romance feels "real" cuz other characters are aware and acknowledging it. dialogue between you and the li.

 

And good old fashioned Sexual Tension!

 

the occasional smoldering look from across the room can do wonders. small acts of affection. that kinda stuff is way more important to me than a fade to black "sex scene" (although the sex scenes in dao...i liked them. i coulda cared less abt the friggin style of underwear they were wearing--but hey).

 

my main thing is if there is sex in the romance, i still don't want that to be the culmination of the romance arc either. in ME sex is the fourth quarter of the game. you bang and that's a wrap. in da2 it was a lil strange cuz there was a whole act left yet, the romance arc seemd to have petered out--excuse my unfortunate phrasing.

 

i mean there would be a small bit of banter from other npc's abt it. maybe an offhand comment, but there were no more romantic moments with the li. not sexual necessarily, but rather no....talking. lol! at least not with anders.

 

idk, it just felt like the romance arcs fell off a cliff after you banged.

 

but thank god they are not giving me the ultimatum of sleep with them NAOW! or you're s.o.l. And do it when the npc is ready to do it. or the romance is over. it felt weird.

Well, my first night with Cullen would be kind of awkward, because I would friendzone him so hard, because I'm a married woman
