xD My boyfriend gets jealous and pouty whenever I get a crush on a new fictional character, but since I'm demi, every fictional character that I've crushed on in the last 4 years have reminded me a lot of my boyfriend in some way, so he has no real reason to be jealous. Although his reactions are very fun. 

I'm fairly lucky that my husband totally enables my fictional character harem. Maybe it's because he knows they aren't *real* competition, LOL. We've been together for 12 years, so we're pretty tight.

Although, one of my friends told me I should've got in in writing when he told me that if Thranduil ever phased into the real world, I could keep him.

 

I can't wait to add Cullen, and hopefully Solas to my fictional harem.

We've kinda thought so. No real confirmation yet, but many of us feel that's him

Not gonna lie but...I kinda wanna see his tent...NO not JUST for that reason but rather to see if he truly is like my head canon ( a bit OCD xD)

 

I imagine that his quarters are kinda bare and spartan like. Just because he's lived in a barracks for so much of his life, and that when he became Knight-Captain he had such a heavy work load that he never really had time to do anything else in his room but sleep. So a few personal possessions and some books, but they're all tucked away somewhere, maybe on a bookshelf, kinda out of sight but not really hidden. And his room would be super clean and organized.

 

Hmm. I wonder if the rooms in Skyhold are kinda fancy and decked out. Maybe he'd be a little uncomfortable with it at first because he's not used to it?

Ooooooooo do we get to see our followers'/advisers' rooms in skyhold?? (That would be AMAZING!)

 

Well, I know we're supposed to be able to wander around the Keep, right? Maybe sometimes we'll find our companions or advisors in their rooms.   I think that'd be super cool. Although if they moved around as well that'd be really cool too. I guess that would mean they'd have... radiant AI? :S I can't remember.

I'm really pumped about Skyhold. I absolutely adore things like that. I'll end up spending forever in that place.

 

So, is everyone prepared that the romances may be heartwrenching? Maybe even Cullen's?

They said the Inquisitor may be the most emotionally responsive/reactive PC ever for Bioware. Or DragonAge at least. So.... I'm going to guess yes.

i wonder what the back story w/ skyhold is?

 

and i forgot they did mention sum stuff abt exploring these holds and finding secrets. like maybe ancient documents? or armor/weapons? who knows but i'm def exploring every bit of skyhold. heck all my keeps, but skyhold---i think i already love that place.

I hope we find them engaged in different acitivies/places around the keep. Kinda like the crew would show up in the lounge on the Normandy in ME3.

 

And yes, the way Bioware wrenches my heart is awesome.

I love it when npcs/followers don't have a set pattern in terms of where they go etc. I want them to wander and to do so randomly. Like I hate predictable paths!

 

Sort of like Skyrim? I really thought the radiant AI they used in Skyrim was cool! But I'd hope that our companion's paths would be somewhat predictable just so it's easier to find them, especially if the Keep is really huge.

 

I hope they do something along the lines of what they did with the squaddies in ME3, but more fleshed out and a little more dynamic. I'd like to see them wandering around rather than them just being in a different place than usual, saying their piece, and then just sitting there not saying or doing anything more.

one thing i really hope they have there, tho is music. like a lil bard group, or the like. entertain the troops during downtime? maybe in the dining area, or out in the front courtyards. maybe retelling songs/stories of the warden and hawke?

 

i just really love music in my games. ambient music is very important for me. and also lil in game music stuff, like the bards, i love.

 

actually, in that recent demo vid i believe when they showed up in Redcliffe, i did hear what sounded to be like a lil minstrel group in the back  ground.

Do you think each type of keep will be almost exactly the same! (IE One military keep will be identical to the next?)

 

Hmmm. Maybe? Because we have to capture most of them, right? I'd assume that some of the smaller ones would have similar layouts, but aesthetically at least, they'd be a little different. Or at least I'd hope so.
