Uuuu... I have only skimmed this last page because I'm too scared to look any further back. If there was a leak, I'm hoping Adela is right and that it is a fake. 
 
Maker, I hate leaks so much.  . They do so much damage.

I'm fighting temptation so bad right now! What worries me is, even if Bioware says, "It's fake." My mind will immediately take me back to the 'survey leak' and what they said about it. Yikes. I'm so torn! I heard about nightmare difficulty, but that's as far as I read on the forum bit the link was posted on and something about the GW. But, normally, I'm all about spoilers. They do not affect my gameplay. So why don't I view iiiiiit? I'm sure it will be taken down soon? Ack!

It IS fake there is no doubt in my mind about it. I got the copy of inq. And as I said  it doesnt even have the cover pic witch that alone gives it away as a fake.. I guess the guy/chick didn't even thought about that one

 Also usually, achievements for games don't leak until a month or two before release.

There should be a button on your keyboard saying print screen or something like that

 to take a screen shot if you are on a PC  there is a button above the-Home, End that is called Print screen, press that then go into paint paste  then save the image and then upload it into a  photo hosting site like photocuket or imgur anyway here  is how my ach look and mine have pic.. well it only shows the last game i played

If you just go to my profile and scroll down  it will show you the last games you've played and the achievement box and your screen should look like mine (with different games)  and they all have cover pics

I also own Inquisition through Origin and it's not here....however it's my understanding that it was the russian version or something, and that it was taken down. I tend to not believe anything pre-release though. Who knows.
