I also have to wonder where characters like Blackwall and Vivienne would come if it wasn't just the most preferred LI. This makes it seem like barely anyone wants to romance them, but for all we know they could be extremely popular second choices.

 

Or if they were confirmed LI. Tbh I don't expect either to be very popular. Blackwall looks older, so a lot of teenage and 20-something players aren't going to give him a chance. Vivienne is black with black features, so the racist dudebros are going to go for Cass.

 

I though people still weren't over his baldness and Voldemort looks lol XD

I refuse to register a preference for anyone until I've actually seen them in game (and had a look at the CC and have an idea of how much extra grief playing a woman entails). Cullen might get on my nerves. There might be another implied rape threat that makes me switch to male and romance Dorian. Cassandra might be so totally awesome that I abandon my playthrough to romance her. Too early to say.

To me that "most preferred LI" poll meaned who I'm looking forward to romance most which is Cullen I have no idea who is going to be my first Inquisitor nor who is my canon one so I can't use those as factors. Since I'm going to play around with characters to romance everyone I want restrictions won't stop me either so I can't base my choice on what is available for me either since everyone is.

Same here. I won't know until I've rolled that first character and met everyone. For all I know, I might not romance anyone at all. All I have to go by at this point is looks, and character blurbs, and frankly, that just isn't enough for me. *shrug*

I think about half the DAO origins, not just CE, had somebody being threatened with a rape. Sometimes a female PC and sometimes an NPC. Between that and a few other things, I swore off female Wardens for a while.

I kind of like horror games even tho I sht my self if its a really good  one  lol but if its not a horror game i will be happy with something else as long as it has a good story.. what I DO miss however  in the game industry right now is a really good vampire game..  the games that have came out recently that were like that they were really crappy.. no real story and it was just  go kill this and go kill that.. personally I'm not a big fan of mindless killing things without a purpose

Yep.  I love the horror genre in just about any medium.  I've been waiting for a good horror game to come along...maybe this will be it.

Yep. Also A Machine for Pigs. And yeah, I loved them both.  I know a lot of people didn't get into A Machine for Pigs, but I actually thought it was a lot of "fun."

 

Edit: And by "fun" I mean I almost peed my pants...

(sighs dramatically)  I am seriously not a fan of casts!  I find that at this juncture, since im a righty, it is easier to pen and paper and draw than to type.  So to let off some creative steam, since my blog posts are sitting in a notebook... I started drawing lessons.  I even posted my embarrassing first attempts on my DeviantArt, where my husband so graciously scanned my sketchbook for me.  He's the rock

 

Sooooo..... would I need a webcam for this chant of light thing?  I've pretty much gotten over the slurring, and I've been told I have a telephone voice (what does that even mean srsly?).  I don't have a webcam, but I do have a mic.

 

Sorry I didn't reply back yesterday Adela, I was getting tired (it's amazing how tired you get doing things with just one arm!).  I checked my profile thingermajob, and it doesn;t show achievements at all on mine.  I think I forgot how to Origin

 

Ok, Cullen confession time... Every single time Ive spoken to Cullen before this playthrough, I did not realize there was an investigate option.  How sad is that?  I'm a terrible fan girl....

Its oki it happens also  I would love to see some drawing tutorials, right now im drawing worse the a 2 year old... and i think even my dog can beat me at that lol

 

If you want to do tutorials  on YouTube (witch would be awesome) you don't really need a web cam you just need a screen recorder  and a mic ( witch you apparently already have that) 

2 Of the screen capture  software's that I can think of right now is  either camtasia or  fraps.. although fraps after your done recording your video will be several GB  so it WILL eat  a lot of your hard drive space, I find camtasia to be more  "better" cause it doesn't take that much space on your hard drive and the compression of the video  will make it even smaller , also its pretty easy to use

 

 

And for the record.. in my 1st PT I didn't really used the investigation button cause I thought it would trigger a side quest (witch I don't really like to do lol)  so I skipped that and just went  with the "regular" questions

On the drawing tutorials, Im learning to draw myself.  I use drawspace.  Ive gone from stick figures tooooo... well goofy looking faces and ducks, but Im proud of them nevertheless lol.  Im hoping I can draw a pic to go with my Cullen fic that I have writers block on.  Its kinda angsty and Im having trouble channeling the angst right now...

   Oh noes!  How could you not like it?!?!  Just kidding.  Your reaction is pretty much what everyone thought except me, so I'm not surprised.  I just think that particular kind of  "monster" freaks me out a little, something I discovered while playing the game.
