Hi I was wondering for the Mage origins will we ever have the option to choose to be an apostate or circle Mage ?

If you play human, you’ll have trained at the circle. Qunari and elves have not.

So I've been doing a rough outline of my fic for page 3000 and I want some opinions.

I'm not basing my fic on what I think Cullen will be like, but on what could be a possible scenario due to his capture and torture in Kinloch.
Is it unreasonable to think he may have an aversion to intimate touch after the lengths the desire demon may have gone to to try and tempt him into succumbing? I don't imagine him having the appropriate means to fully work through something like that over the years and maybe just pushed it aside instead of dealing with it.

I hardly think this would be the case in-game but hey, it's just a little story

I'm also happy to know that Elves and Qunari will be outside of the Circle. Not that I dislike the idea of being a Circle mage (it is my canon Warden's origin, after all), but it's cool that we'll actually be able to be DALISH MAGES. *flails*

It is pretty exciting, and my second playthrough is gonna be a nerdy lore-loving "off to see the world!" Dalish mage, but I did kind of have a snobby circle elf mage planned, too. Oh well It's like getting cake and being disappointed it's chocolate instead of strawberry.

Even though I have wanted to play a Dalish mage since Origins, I'm struggling to plan this character all that well. I know the look I want, it's just I'm often finding everything I come up with pretty boring down the road.

Maybe try to make up some questions and try to answer them? i.e.

 

1. What does she most want?

2. What scares her the most?

3. What are her top five goals in life?

 

etc. etc.

I think (although im not sure)  that you have to be at  the convention for the XBOX lounge to get a custom DAI xbox

Edit: On further thought, it's someone else's picture and we wouldn't have permission to use it, so yeah.. nevermind. Too bad we can't ask someone who IS there to take us one we could use The official rules have an address you can mail an entry to, however.

Sadly male options often lack in most creators. I remember my sims days, there was millions mods for female hair but just couple emo one's for males ^^;

It seems like Solas is leading now, it's intresting since apparently he's not traditionally good-looking and still not confirmed as LI option.. or maybe those are reason? Well he would be third in my list anyways so I'm not complaining, it's nice to see he has some following and I hope we get him as romance too

I am first and foremost a cullenite. However, I adore Solas and his thread on the BSN has some of the nicest people on the forum. We are anxious about his LI definitely, and I don't find him attractive but he is very interesting to me. In fact, if Cullen wasn't a LI, he would be my number 1 choice for a romance. Even if he isn't, Varric will have to step aside, because he will be my inquisitor's bff.

Yep Cullen is my first choice as well. Solas and Dorian are pretty much tied and Cass isn't far-away from them. I love how many LI's DAI is going to have that I want to romance

I think he (Solas) will be more of a mentor to my first two (Dalish) inquisitors, being the older, more worldly elf and all He's definitely one of the characters I'm most intrigued about and most eager to meet.

How are you liking it? :3 I've been having a lot of fun on it. It didn't take long to get to the level cap so I'm just trying out the PvP right now.

Omg I love it!! Especially since my brother just had to move away a few months ago and we were dying for a game that would let us play online together (growing up, we always played video games together) and we both have been waiting soooo long for this! Now we can chat on the screen and feel like we're still playing next to each other and not in separate states

It's pretty great, isn't it? I've been waiting forever for Destiny as well, and my boyfriend and our best friend are so excited for it! Our best friend lives in Illinois while we both live in Edmonton, so I totally understand about the being able to chat and feel like we're playing next to each other. Xbox One parties are pretty great, especially since they've streamlined it to be a little more like the 360 ones.
