My main problem with Fable 3 was that it was trying to hard to be morally grey. It just wasn't in keeping with Fable 1 and 2 and ended up just not being all that fun.
Agreed. I really enjoyed it until we were made Queen/King and then all the fun was sucked out of it.

The thing that annoyed me the most was that the Road to Rule was story locked. I hate being denied my right to level grind...

After that, there were only 4 or 5 NPCs left in each town. That's how bad the casualties were.
I can't remember how I done it, but I managed to save up all my money to fund the battle without charging the arse off of everyone, LOL!

You basically have to abuse the real estate market like crazy in order to have your cake and eat it too at the end of Fable 3. That's what I did. Either that or save edit on the PC version. lawlz

The Lost Chapters were ok, but I liked 2 best as well. Except for the jobs minigames. That is the one thing that Fable 3 improved, but they had to make it the same for all three. Lazy.

Or leave the game running for a whole day. (xbox) I remember I only bought the shops because they didn't need repairs. The minimap sucked! I liked having a giant pile of gold to walk on though.
The character morphing was also pretty pathetic outside of 'extreme morphs' which they just throw on at the end for reasons. I miss my horns and my halos and my flies.
The 'Pure Evil' morph from 2 was awesome! The thing is, Lionhead did listen to their fans, but I don't know where they got these people. I remember an article where Molyneux said that some people couldn't understand why the little balls of light were different colors in 2. Like, hit with sword, get blue orb, like the button, etc. How hard is that to figure out?
After discovering the Dragon Age games I went right off Fable, Dragon Age (and Mass Effect) have the perfect formula for my tastes.
I remember it well: I played Fable 2, liked it, but felt unfulfilled. Then I fell into TES:Oblivion. The difference in sheer amount of stuff to do was staggering. I mean, flooding the streets with watermelons? Yes! Then after Fable 3, the first game I played was Red Dead Redemption. The difficulty spike caused many, many fails. And getting drunk was actually funny in that game. Then I played DAO, years after it had come out. I loved it. 
You know a game is good when the glitches are hilarious/useful instead of annoying.

In my experience, most people I see hate Reaver, so I avoid bringing him up. 
I personally wouldn't mind a character like him in DAI.

Loved that boy in Fable 2. He made me sulk alot in 3, though. I missed him just one shotting people with the most casual air imaginable.
I liked Lost Chapters best story wise, just because I actually CARED about the character's family and sister in that game. I had more fun with Fable 2, though, and loved the 'companions' and quests. Didn't give a damn about Rose, though. I was more pissed at how that bastard killed my dog, than the sister.

There's a guy who did an analysis of why Fable 2's story sucked. It's a good read, if long. He never bothered with Fable 3 because the trailer was enough to put him off.
Okay, I dunno what y'all are talking about. I LOVED the Mako. I really wish I could get somebody to draw my Fem!Shep driving it with this look of overly enthusiastic excitement, while her squad mates were terrified, and holding on for dear life. The Hammerhead was too easy to drive. God, i miss the Mako.
lol early on in the game, getting in the mako for the first time with Kaidan and Garrus. I imagine Kaidan warning Garrus to hold on. He's like, why, how bad can she be? Crawls up side of highest peak and launches off the top, crashing and bashing down the other side. Yeah he will heed the warning sooner next time lol.
Depends who comes back, if it's the future then Asari and Krogan can live for at least a thousand years or something.
During my last playthrough, I was thinking how cool it'd be for a post ME3 game to have the children of certain characters on our squad.
Like Kolyat, Jacob's child, Falere, etc.
I also thought that if it were in the past, they could bring Samara onto the squad, back when she wasn't a Justicar, in her more wild and crazy days. Who knows, maybe our protagonist and her have a daughter? Dunno.
But yeah, pre-reapers would feel pretty awkward. We're all gonna die soon, the krogan keep complaining about the genophage that's going to be possibly be cured soon, and PLEASE STOP SHOOTING THE GETH. Thanks!
