Anybody know what the thing shooting the beam of light is?
Cyclops from the X-Men?
Anybody know what the thing shooting the beam of light is?
Crisis averted
But I have always gone in blind as to why I only just found out today that Mother Patrice can actually live in DA2 (not that I'd want he to) Lol.
I just hate paying for shipping.
Understandable. I have a Prime Membership since I used Amazon a lot for books and stuff, so for me it's not really an issue. But for me the issue with using a guide is not being able to figure a problem out on my own. But if I am absolutely stuck, I don't consider it a bad thing to consult one since it's basically asking for a second opinion of sorts.

Lol, I have just convinced myself in the last minute that I need it! I looked and they do sell them in my country, albiet at double the price. But if you get the collectors edition does anyone know what the bonus digital content is?
If I remember correctly it's the same as the deluxe edition. Basically collector's edition is kind of like a deluxe edition plus, but I could be wrong. I'm getting the Deluxe Edition because I just want the DLC and digital content, I kind of have too much clutter so so I figured it was the best option to go with.
Hello, lovely Cullenites! I just wanted to pop into the thread and leave this video for you guys. I don't know if it's been posted before but I found it on tumblr and immediately thought "Omg..I have to show this to the Cullen thread."
Anyway, here it is:

Well, it was lovely chatting today, but I think I'm going to turn in for the night so I can study and get some rest. I really appreciate the warm welcome from everyone here. I'm looking forward to talking more about Cullen and other related things. In the meantime, I'll leave a bit of a question here: When do you think we'll actually get to meet Cullen in the game? I remember hearing from somewhere that we don't start out as Inquisitor right away when joining the Inquisition. so I am wondering if we meet him early on in some fashion of if he and all the other advisers come later?
Hard to say, it all depends on whether or not we need to go out and recruit our advisors or if they're already there for us. Definitely early in the game though, I'm sure.

Really? It's a great video, they have great talent whoever they are!
I always go in blind for when I play games, mostly because back when my older sister bought our PS2 and a bunch of games, she'd buy all the guides for the games and then make me play while she read the guide out to me, and if I differentiated in any way she'd freak out.
So that experience ruined game guides forever for me (and also the entire Devil May Cry series, just because I wasn't able to enjoy it the way I wanted to, which is a shame, and also Kingdom Hearts, which is an even bigger shame). I also go in blind because I think torturing myself over which decision to take is all a part of the fun. ![]()
Although... if I had the money I'd totally buy the Inquistor's Edition game guide, just because of how cool and pretty it looks. But if I had that money, I would have ordered the Inquisitor's Edition of the game. :S
Oh well, even if I end up needing a guide at some point, luckily I've got a mad addiction to wiki's.
So, off topic but since we're talking game guides:
Would you like a $80 Inquisitor's Edition of the Official Prima Game Guide? It comes leather-looking bound, along with 4 faux leather bookmarks displaying symbols of (from left to right; Fereldan, the Inquisition, Orlais, Tevinter), with the backs colour coded, an Inquisition branded pen (seems to be leather looking too), and as of yet, unannounced DLC.
HERE ARE PICS!

Taken from Prima Games' official site. And if you buy one, buy another and send it to Canada, because I already broke my bank on the Inquisitor's edition of the game
. Pretty please
? No? OK ![]()
Wait, the Uber edition guide has unannounced DLC?! Oh God. I already have the inquisitor's edition pre-ordered for PS4, why would you tempt me? It's $100 more! I was like nah... I don't need that, I'll just use my own freakin' pen. But now there's DLC in the mix? Oh maker. My monies.
Unnanounced DLC? That's...that's just mean.
I am too...I have the devil and angle on my shoulders fighting it out. DX
"It's just $109!"
"THE INQUISITOR'S EDITION WAS $180!"
"So what? This has pretty stuff too."
"No."
"With unannounced DLC."
"...the **** did you say."
"Unannounced. DLC."
"..."
"AND IT'S SO PRETTY TOO."

I was able to get away with the Inquisitor's Edition, but I may face the wrath of mom if she ever finds out how much this is. I won't use the bookmarks, and not just because I want them to stay pretty - I just don't use bookmarks. I memorize the page number, and that's it. The pen's pretty, I'd use it. And the guide itself sounds beautiful. The DLC...the DLC is what's killing me. If they told us what the DLC was then I could make a proper decision. I'd want the DLC to be worth the money.
...If it's something like the Black Emporium, then hell yes I'm buying.
Think I'll just stick with my Inquisitor Edition thing
That's me asking.
This is about the Greg Ellis video. Audio issues. That can't be good, right? Hope they can fix it...
That's me asking.
I actually get the feeling it's scrapped.
Btw. If any of you follow me on Twitter please send me a tweet so I can follow back.
I don't think it's scrapped... But then I try to be an optimist most of the time, soo...

I believe Lola made that for 4000 on the old thread. Still awesome!
