Bleh I'm getting really annoyed with Cullen after trying to draw him for 3 days with a goddamned tablet. And I hate lions. ESPECIALLY lion costumes.

What a jerk, why is he being so inconsiderate?

I actually think it may be cheaper to buy standard game guide and DLC separately as I very much doubt it will be exclusive to the game guide (might have delayed release tho) especially in countries where everything costs more (for some reason some companies even charge higher prices for digital downloads, well above conversion rates)

 

That being said... I am considering it. I'm so glad it's close to my birthday... Mum...?

Hello, lovely Cullenites! I just wanted to pop into the thread and leave this video for you guys. I don't know if it's been posted before but I found it on tumblr and immediately thought "Omg..I have to show this to the Cullen thread."

I kinda wish that November had been the original release date, because I just realized that I totally could have asked for the Inquisitor's Edition of the game for Christmas from my family (that's how I got my xbox one, after all, because it was the only thing I wanted and my family apparently finds it really difficult to buy things for me for some reason >.>...), and then if I still thought it was worth getting even if I don't like game guides, I could have sprung for the beautiful Inquisitor's Edition of the game guide. o.O

I haven't used this tablet or this program before so this whole thing has been a complete walk in noob lane figuring out how to even draw on a tablet let alone do a picture. I thought doing like chibi characters would be easier so I did that, turns out I've been making realistic textures so they look like weird defromed dolls with silk dresses and faces but in chibi style. Fixed that after like hours and hours. The picture just looks weird a mix of realistic and non realistic. After almost 11 hours of this pic I'm like not even sure anymore sad Miguel.
 
Cullens lion costume looks like rubber, Viviennes dress looks like silk and Morrigan looks like...almost normal.

Oh god, that made me laugh so much! But yeah, it must be difficult when you're still trying to get used to it all. Take a step back if you need to and pick it up another day. Or maybe there are some tutorials on YouTube for that specific program that you may find beneficial. Either way, I can't wait to see the finished product once you're finished and happy with the outcome. Cullen in a lion costume is going to bring me to tears of joy.

My Dad is getting me the Inquisitor's edition game guide as an early Christmas present. I don't care if I'm 27, I'm still the youngest child and still have that "can I have" tone of voice down pat.

Wow, I haven't seen it before. It's great!! I'm really interested in the technical process behind it. Maybe littlenikki ot Lola could pm me, please? I would like to know how you cut the Warden/desire demon out, added her to the tower and merged everything together.

Guys, FWIW on the game guides, I'm finally getting around to looking at them on amazon. The hardcover guide ("collector's edition") says "bonus digital content" and  the inquisitor edition says "bonus in-game content." Could there be a chance you could get the "unannounced DLC" with both versions...?

Ha,ha, so true. Even as an adult I'm not ashamed to ask for weird christmas gifts such as video games. I even have a toy TARDIS on my shelf. If you shake it, it makes sounds. Not even feeling a little bit ashamed . Nope.

Nikki done all the awesome technical stuff, I just handled the sound and audio side of things. It was a projected we'd been working on together for months, we came up with the story together and everything lol.

Maybe closer to release they'll actually announce what the extra content or DLC is?

I tend to think "extra" content will be the same as what's being offered with deluxe and inquisitors collection.

I'm also leaning towards any DLC content not being released with the game it's self but at a later time just using a code

I'm positive ML said they might look at producing the tarot cards seperately. Until I was corrupted by Boom, I was getting the deluxe but so desperately wanted the tarot cards. I think he tweeted that if there was a enough interest they may do it... I'll see if I can find the tweet

I found it the other day and been glued to it since (seriously only 4-5 hrs sleep for someone who struggles with only 7-8hrs + sleep).

I never EVER like Loghain before, not even in the stolen throne... I also like different perspective on Loghains end cause to me in DAO he's a fanatical nut job.

Not minding the guy now lol
