Is that the Basque one?
He also aged backwards between DA:O and DA:II so our love interest plot won't be dealing with Templars vs. Mages but how difficult it is to love a man who is essentially Benjamin buttons great great great grandfather!

Once again, I read something from this thread in the worst possible way.

This reminds me of some Morrigan banter.
Alistair: Do I even want to know?
Morrigan: No. You really, really don't.
*grin*
I absolutely had something relevant and insightful to say.....but then I saw that adorable baby face and my mind literally went blank lol!LOL

Hey so can I share some good news about my family that is totally off topic? I have two daughters my partner and I have adopted and our youngest is a foster child (The one who just started talking!) anyway her adoption papers are going to be official this week!
CONGRATS! ![]()
Le shock, no other Scottish people here? (Yup, that's the extent of my french lol) ![]()
Anyways, theres so many things he could do after the end of DAII, but I think he stays with the templars based on the 'Skyhold' concept art. I definitely can't see him becoming a red templar, it just seems to go against who he is. I wonder how long we'll have to wait before we meet him though. In fact, how long you guys think it will be before we meet any of our companions?

Aw, congratulations!!! How old is she?
My inquiry of the hour is this: do you think Cullen left the Templars? And if so, why and how? If not, see previous question. ^>^
I have this theory... (or maybe more a head canon) that he flat out refused to agree to rebel under Lambert's orders and had to flee Kirkwall for his own safety (perhaps with a few Divine loyal Templars in tow). I like to imagine that upon leaving Kirkwall he either headed straight for Orlais (despite the danger of running into Lambert/Templars) to seek an audience with the Divine (which would probably be near impossible without going through the proper channels).
Another idea I have is that perhaps the Divine seeked him out and asked him to be a sleeper agent within the rebel templars/gave him his own little military group to carry out that side of things for her, the latter would tie in nicely with that "leak" about the red keys, purple crows and golden keys each leader being an advisor to the Inquisitor.
But I think my favourite theory is the idea of him being locked up in a dungeon somewhere by the rebel Templars (or red templars if they're one and the same) for insubordination and our Inquisitor has to rescue him.

I looooove that theory. Why yes, yummy Templar... I will rescue you... ![]()

My great-grandfather was Scottish. I have green eyes for him. ![]()

idk but I think Cass and Varric will be first.
I'm 1/4 Scottish, with one of my step grandfathers also being Scottish. But I tend to struggle understanding Scottish accents, though I would like it on a brunette lady dentist with glasses. She's like my ideal dentist.
And I feel like I can confidently read and understand French, but I wouldn't dare speak it. My French GCSE speaking exam was traumatic. Still, got an A.
This would describe me if I was going to University to study dentistry. As it stands I'm hoping to become a brunette lady psychologist with glasses.
Fun fact about languages I learned whilst browsing the University up in Edinburgh: apparently being bilingual will push back the effects of alzheimers by a few years. Makes me wish that I had taken a language now </3
Back to Cullen now. I have to say I'm sitting giggling at those pictures from the tumblr page that was just posted ![]()

I have a very strong Scottish ancestry. Don't know how "much" I would be though.
A funny fact I found out is that anyone with the last name Cousland is very likely related to the same clan I am related to. ![]()
I think this is Greg's first scene in that DS9 ep. He rocks a deep, gruff and American sound. But Ekoor, the Cardassian he portrayed, was listed as having betrayed the Dominion in retaliation for the destruction of Lakarian City, a Cardassian city and his first line is "That's for Lakarian City!" when he makes his move at 3:54. Soooo... yeah, I think it's him. https://www.youtube....h?v=DIOQJ-Qg8Cc
At about 8:20 his usual sound bleeds in a bit. ![]()

I suspect Cass and Varric will be first too. I have two images in my head when I think of how we end up surviving that veil tear. The first being Flemeth swooping in and saving our arse, and we wake up days later in the nearest town/city being rudely awakened by Cassandra (with Varric in tow) giving us a grilling about how the whole situation happened etc and our character being like:
Inquisitor: "W-where am I? Where's the dragon lady??"
Cassandra: "What? This man/woman is delusional, fetch me a healer!"
Varric: "Dragon Lady? Hm. Dear Seeker, need I remind you of how the Champion came to Kirkwall..."
Cassandra: "Not again, Dwarf. I still doubt that the fabled Witch of the Wilds turned into a Dragon age swooped down to save the Champion and his/her friends!"
Varric: "Suit yourself."
Inquisitor: "Oi, this is my game!" ![]()
The second image I have in my head is that it's actually Varric and Cassandra that pulled our soon-to-be Inquisitor out of the firing line to save him/her, or maybe find him/her a few days later close to death and nurse him/her back to health.

They arrive at a village destroyed and Inquisitor is the only survivor. ![]()
