There was a scene in the Lead Us or Fall trailer where you see a close up of some guy with his head bowed and locked up with two people walking towards us in the background. I'm pretty sure that was the Quizzy and it was Leliana and Cass/Josie.

Alright. Here we go. Just another day in the life of being part of the Inquisition. Just another day listening to Cassandra drone on, and on, and on. Maker, that woman really knows how to put a room to sleep.

Sera let out a squeal that would send any marbari in the vicinity into a fit of howls and Dana looked up from studying her nails to see the petite elf with an excited grin lighting up her face and a finger pointing dead ahead.

"You got us chairs! Actual chairs! We can sit now!" she gushed.

Dana broke out into a grin at her enthusiasm. " Yes, well, I thought it to be against some kind of cruelty policy to make you all stand through one more of Cassandra's briefs for a day longer."

The woman mentioned raised a sharp eyebrow at her comment and Dana's smile faultered just a tiny bit. "Not that we don't all appreciate your briefs, Cass. They can just be a little lengthy sometimes. Maybe if you..." Her voice trailed off as Cassandra arched a second eyebrow and gave her a pointed stare.

"Or I could shut up because my opinion is obviously not a popular one?" Dana asked with a shrug of her shoulders.

The warrior gave a curt nod then turned back to organizing the sheets of parchment before her, leaving Dana to turn her attention back to the elf who was currently skipping her way across the room to claim a seat. There were three remaining--two of them directly on the right of where Cole sat as well as one opposite him. Predictably, she took the one opposite the boy rather than either of the ones beside. Plonking herself down, she wiggled against the plush leather and released a contented sigh.

"Very nice. See, gestures like these are one of the reasons I like you." Sera exclaimed then shot a not-so-discreet look across the table at the blond boy. "Well, I like you most of the time, that is."

Dana felt the sudden childish urge to poke her tongue out at the elf. Maker, was she ever going to lay off Cole? She restrained herself admirably as she made her way over to take the seat right beside him, sat down and turned towards the sullen boy to bestow upon him her most bedazzling smile. His mouth twitched at the corners slightly in response. Well, that was an improvement from the usual cautious glances she received from him. Maybe he was finally starting to warm up to her, she mused.

The room came to a hush as Cassandra cleared her throat much more louder than was neccesary at the same time as Cullen slipped into the room as quietly as possible. Dana snorted inwardly--he almost looked to be embarrassed at being the last to arrive. He made a beeline for her and settled down in the seat beside her own, resting his forearms on the table as he sat straight-backed and absorbed in every word that spilled from Cassandra's mouth.

"I'm assuming you are all aware of the nug situation within our walls? Maker, how could you not be, the pest's are running rampant..."

Dana turned her attention away from Cassandra long enough to see the purse of Leliana's lips and the scowl that crossed her face only for it to be schooled away within seconds. She then glanced over at Cole whom had pulled a baby nug from his lap beneath the table to clutch it close to his chest as he shot an indignant look at Cassandra for what she could only assume was a perceived insult to the term 'pests's'. And these were the people she was charged to save Thedas with? Well, at least one of Schmooples offspring had found an adoptive parent, Dana concluded as she watched Cole idly scratching the nug beind one of its ears.

Y'know, looking at that part in the trailer again, I used to think it was Cassandra and Vivienne, but it could be Cass and Cullen (judging by the big shoulders on one of them that could be his furry stole).

See, now I'm curious how he got that scar between the DA2 fighting and dealing with the aftermath. I thought maybe Meredith had done it and we just didn't see it in-game because it was Varric telling the story.

Sounds like things were rough for a while there whilst sorting out all that shite.

Perhaps it was as the Templars started to rebel? Some of his wanted to leave and he got into an altercation? Or maybe it was due to the rebellion? He refused to join them and it resulted in him getting cut?

I don't think he got shards in his wound, but I would bet a slice from the sword would curse the wound, leaving it unable to heal.

Yeah, it burst then the shards flowed onto her, which entombed her.

For anyone else that still has the patience to play HoDA, it looks like Cullen might finally be joining us there soon.

I meant so that the wound would scar and the skin never full heal. I didn't mean entirely unhealable.

And I meant maybe he got sliced by her during the final battle.
