There's a bat on the ceiling at my workplace. Well, better that than the constant moths.

How cute!! I love bats but then I'm biased there's a ton of them where I grew up (much larger ones though). Looks small, is it a bub?

Could be. I dunno much about bats. He's probably a little brown bat, which are common in Alberta. He's about the size of a computer mouse.

I kinda feel sorry for him, since it's not the best place to hang out; there's not many bugs in the office for him to eat. (Assuming he doesn't have rabies and try to bite me, of course. In that case, he'll swiftly lose my sympathy.)

Possibly. Alternatively you could be becoming one. Have you had any unexplained cuts or bruises lately? Felt a little more tired than usual? :P

So I get bored and things like this just stomp around unchecked in my head:

Sera: Alright, this is starting to get a bit ridiculous. None of us can see where we are going.

Solas: I can see just fine.

Sera: Good for you nature boy! I hope you have fun being the exception while the rest of us continuously stub our toes.

Quizzy: I think you're the only one stubbing your toes, which wouldn't even be happening if you had kept your bloody boots on like I'd told you to.

Sera: I didn't want to get them wet. I honestly thought I'd be able to throw them the width of the river.

Quizzy: If that was the case, why didn't you just hold onto them?

Sera: I don't know. Throwing them seemed like a good idea at the... Ouch! Bloody rocks!

Bull: Would you like to jump on my back, Sera?

Sera: No

Bull: Why not?

Sera: Because, I don't want to ride the bloody bull!

Bull: Suit yourself.

Sera: There wouldn't even be a problem if Trevelyan would take her glove off. We would all be able to see just fine with the glow from that weird fade thing.

Quizzy: I am not going to be reduced to a damn human torch!

Sera: Oh, come on..... How about this; you take your glove off and I will give you a kiss.

Quizzy: No thanks.

Sera: Fine, Solas will give you a kiss.

Quizzy: No!

Sera: Bull?

Quizzy: NO!

Sera: .....Cullen?

Cullen: What?!

Sera: Shush.

Quizzy: .....

Sera: Well?

Quizzy: I'm taking it into consideration.

Party banter... Yeah, I don't even know.

Fruit bats! They're so, so, so cute! ;n;

And on a Dragon Age related note:

I am in a very, very weird place right now. I am replaying all the games before DAI, and I have made a Warden I've become oddly attached to, much more than any Warden before. She's only a remake of my canon, but I find myself loving her playthrough even more than when I first did it.

Either this is a case of 'absence makes the heart grow fonder' or my DA hype metre is simply making me love this game even more. Makes me look forward to my DAII run.  :D

Oh, that's... strange... but somehow really cool. I like bats. And not many people can say that they're working in the batcave ;) .

I'm trying the same (but caught up in fanfic atm) but I've also realised I've missed a lot in DA2 cause I would pretty much pretty the same party or didn't pay enough attention to banter/convo's so I'm hoping I'll enjoy it a lot more this time around

I really wish that I hadn't lent my DA games to someone because I am hanging out to play them so I can refresh my mind with all the choices I made in each game.

Awww. D:

That's why I'm re-playing them. Also refreshing my memory on all those flippin' codexs... and realising there's STILL some I haven't managed to find.

I have also started a new playthrough of DAO to refresh my memory. So far haven't accomplished my noble goal to read through all of the codex entries. I'm afraid I'm too impatient.

Lol, I don't even want to think about all the things I have probably missed *cringe*. I have never used game guides but I've got mine ordered for DA:I, so if I suck at missing things as much as I have in the previous games I will be able to shove my face in the guide this time.  ^_^

I think that is about some speculation Ashe made in her new vid.

I have promised myself not to start up my re-play through of DAII until I have properly read every codex in DA:O. Here's hoping I stick to it.

Yeah getting through them slowly... it's hard to read when you have a chatter bow in the study with you!

As to why I'm in the habit of carrying around a roll of duct tape on my person. :P

Comments like these are no good if you are trying to come off as a sane person.

So one of the blogs on tumblr suggested trying to guess Cullen's surname as something to pass the time until the game comes out. It was a joke obviously, but it did get the gears in my head turning.

I thought of the name Deydron after a few minutes of staring at Cullen and trying to think of something that would fit. (Except it sounds an awful lot like Dryden like the Warden-commander and the word Daedre from the Elder Scrolls... guess that tells you what my influences are.)

I don't know, what do you guys think? It's not his real surname, obviously, but it was just an idea I had.

Girl, you don't know what NSFW is. *snaps fingers* hehe but no, I love how you are very considerate < 3 and I think with things like that it is better safe than sorry.

I just wanted to also add that it's not just consideration for other folks, but consideration for following the site rules. NSFW is not allowed on BSN. Period. For example, we do know that someone was recently banned for posting something, in spoiler tags, that involved nudity. One way to think about it is that there are kids who come to this site.  If unsure, just link to it.

Y'know, I've been thinking about this.

Since we know very little about Cullen's family, there's an implication he may have been raised by the Chantry, due to his being such a strong believer in the Maker and the Chantry. He's also supposed to be at least thirty or so in Origins, so that would put his birth around the time that Ferelden's drove the Orlesians from Ferelden...

Coupled with his lion helm, something that's apparently a motif in Orlesian fashion, it makes me seriously wonder whether or not Cullen might be of Orlesian descent, one of the many war orphans left over from the rebellion? It'd definitely be a surprise to learn if he wasn't actually Ferelden, but Orlesian with a last name that was something along the lines of "Devereaux" or whatnot?

Granted, that's a lot of speculation based solely on why he's wearing that weird mask... he could have easily bought it in a jokeshop and his last name could be something as simple as "Mudd"?
