Same, I hope it's done well but I will say I would prefer if it's on more of a personal level (like for/to the quizzy or around Skyhold) than a funeral for the Divine etc.
Whatever ever it is though, if it's done well I'll be happy.
 
I also found Leli's singing in DAO awkward and I think I ESC out of it each time lol

I'm late to the singing discussion but I've got to say I used to get a lot of second-hand embarrassment from singing, but ever since I met a friend who starts singing out of the blue every now and then, I got a lot more tolerant. You'd be surprised how often people do not stare at him. So even if it's a silly breaking out a song in battle, I'll just find it nice and/or funny.

That's also my reaction to awkward moments (singing Tali comes to mind)
Still I love Leliana's song and the only thing I find awkward is her animation. I always thought that if the scene was more intimate, with her sitting and playing some instrument or even singing a capella, without prouncing around the fire like a popstar, the effect would be better. The song itself is haunting and beautiful. Actually one of the reasons why I like malukah's version so much is because it's acoustic.

She does indeed! Argh, after finally deciding on playing an elf inquisitor (I want to use AWR on my first pc) I am spoilt with femQunQuizzy prevs that tease me to no end. Consequently, I'm torn again.

I guess, for me, from a story perspective, I'd just find it silly and random if it wasn't well implemented/didn't have a proper reason. I have faith that the writers would have REASONS they want characters to sing, though.

Fem Qunari will be for my second play-through and male Qunari for my third. I'm so excited though and I can't wait to see what options we get for the horns. Im really hoping for something like rams horns but thinner because I'm imagining a really elegant lady Qunari.

That's really what I found awkward about Leliana's song and how it just came out of no where. So I either want Cullen singing to have a point (funeral etc) or something that he does privately without realizing anyone is there. Greg Ellis has an amazing singing voice so at least it will sound good whichever way it ends up being implemented.

I think they're purposely avoiding it so that we don't associate one Inquisitor's face to be default for each race... plus, they're still being pretty tight lipped on the whole CC thing.

I'd rather have a default face for each race/gender and that race/gender be shown than keep it blank and not show that race/gender at all.
