What if that picture is of the male Inquisitor, (either a Dwarf or Qunari judging by the width of his torso), falling into the fade? It looks like he's trying to regain his balance after stumbling, and the green fog looks like it's Fade related.

tbh, i think it's beautiful. it looks so peaceful. i can almost hear the water gently trickling.... and the undead rising from the depths. oh, and mosquitoes. damn.
